I've rented at this property since September 2020 and my items have always been safe. Not crazy about the rate increases but that's life with products and services. The previous manager was fantastic and the new manager, Chris is GREAT. This company does have good employees.

I’d like to say that my experience has been pleasant. I only based this off the property manger Ms Shalonda. She is very kind and patient with me. Since I’ve been here, she has looked out for me. Makes calls to help me remember that I’m due or pass due. I need things like that because of my chaotic life. The pricing is decent and I feel like my items are very secure. I enjoy this facility.

I gave this place a 5 because of easy access, cleanliness but mostly because the Manager, Sholanda (sp) is the best I’ve experienced! She is customer friendly, keeps the facility clean, and really makes the customer feel appreciated! The manager before her was not good. The downfall to this company is their desire to raise prices and eliminate discounts for veterans and safety personelle. What you can afford when you move in is not what you will be paying on a longer term. Very disappointing. I’m shopping.

Great location but the rates were a little high but Shalonda made me feel a much better about the higher than normal rates because of the security of the property and the knowledge that my items are being protected.

This has been a nice place to store my items. The facility is easy to navigate and in a great location. Shalonda the manager, has been nothing but helpful and kind in assisting with finding the right sized unit to store my items and her communication skills are excellent.

Looked up the availability online-was able to reserve it then went over to the place to fill out paperwork & moved stuff in! Easy peazy!

Attequite storage space, great value for what you pay. It's pretty standard as far as features go, but if you don't need it, you aren't paying extra for it. Staff is very friendly, and they pick up the phone when you call them.

Sholanda was just wonderful. After registering on line and realizing I had questions, I was so happy to reach a human being. She was able to look up a storage unit I rented from you three years ago and confirm the size for me. She kept an eye on an upcoming outside unit and called to let me know it was available, transferring me to it. She answered every question I had with kindness and simply could not have done a better job. Thank you.

Property mgr Shalonda is just a wonderful person and a pleasure to do business with. Friendly, yet very professional and competent. She held unit on reserve for me a couple of days to fit my schedule. I've had a unit at this location for over three years and have had units at other locations over the years. Shalononda is by far the best rep I have ever worked with! She is a great ambassador for your company!!!

I've been pretty happy in the last year. I do wish the property would be more maintained (ie leaves) they blow right into my unit. But I think if they were cleaned up on the property they wouldnt.

The Fall Creek Extra Space Storage is awesome! Normally you don't consider storage facilities to have any kind of personal touch or customer connection, but Kylie (the manager) is seriously one of the BEST in customer service! Moving/storing can be stressful; she makes it super smooth and easy. She is kind, extremely accommodating, and truly passionate about her job- she's been there over 6 years! She walks the property to be sure everyone's units are safe and undisturbed. Kylie truly makes an effort to know her customers and always has their best interest in mind! I will never store my belongings anywhere else!

Friendly helpful staff. They phone every month for payment reminders to make sure you can avoid paying a late fee. Clean units and secure gated facilities with video surveillance.

I used a 5x15 for a whole year for my motorcycle and various tools. Kylie and her team and no problem at all with giving me 24 hours access to my unit. It is a very clean, secure, and convient property for anyone looking to house any personal belongings. Unfortunately I moved so I am no longer renting, but a great and seamless experience!

Kylie and crew at Extra Space Storage met my immediate business needs for climate controlled storage with same day service. I really needed a larger unit that wasn't available; Kylie put me on the waiting list and as promised notified as soon as one became available.
