The guys that run my storage units are great! Very helpful and always there when needed. They watch out for your units and keep the lot clean. Only one thing. I would like updates for when the storage unit auctions are being held and would be great if they were in person not online.

Good price for unit. Many security lights are out which I wish were fixed

I am very happy with these people they have been kind and Courteous and I’ve always been able to get an extra storage when I need it I love the fact that I have insurance on my stuff I’ve never had a problem I check my things once a month it’s always there it’s always locked up and I really appreciate them

I've been renting here for a year, I really enjoy it sometimes it's hard to get to the location because it might be seem confusing going underneath the bridge, other than that great place

The services were great at this storage site, and David took me step by step on closing out existing storage to open up a larger storage. Now all I need to do is learn how to get into the gate using the code#.

Very secure facility with fencing all the way around. Entry by personalized code. About the only thing I'm not happy with is the limited hours, not a 24hr access facility.

the cost was the deciding factor for me. a real bargain.

Too expensive. Too many homeless living under the overpass right next door. The access road is terrible. Very difficult to navigate the potholes.

Price is great. People are great. But I was disgusted & utterly shocked when, after storing my things, I opened my space for the 1st time, after only a week & saw moise droppings. If that wasn't bad enough, an actual mouse, itself jumped out of a box while I was standing there. No way. Come on now, dang...

Lamar, from the facility on Shadeland offers the best customer service I’ve ever been able to witness. He’s professional, helpful, responsive and respectful. The areas are always clean and there’s to doubts that my storage unit is secure. I had a very negative experience with the call center a while ago but he was able to persuade me to continue my services and I haven’t regretted it since! Thank you Lamar for all you do! Secure care is lucky to have you!

i came in with my mom who needed a storage unit. the staff was very friendly and professional. there was an associate named kisha who saw my daughter with me whos 3 was not having a good day happy by giving her a shirt ride on the golf cart. she was so happy. then the other associate lamar asked if we needed help and we said sure and he helped us unload the car and showed us where our unit was and helped get my moms things to her unit. these two associates went above and beyond their duties! my mom and daughter were so happy! definitely reccomend this place to anyone.

I would highly recommend this storage unit! It has the best prices in the area, it is safe, and clean. The woman at the front desk, Kisha is the most warm and friendly woman I have ever met. She made me feel very welcome every time I came to the desk. She works fast and knows what she's doing. Seeing her brightens my day. She really made my storage unit experience exceptional. There are no hidden fees with this facility and you can set up auto payments. You will not be disappointed if you chose to store your stuff here.

I have had a storage unit at this location for 3 months and I frequently recommend my family and friends. It's a quiet location and the office manager, Kisha, has always been helpful with helping them find the right size storage units for their situation.

They are the best storage place I ever been too

I stored all my possessions at this location and it was perfect! Miss Emily and Greg were always so helpful. I just got my things today after 18 mos and everything is in perfect condition. I would recommend this place and location to anyone I know!

I had a storage unit with this location for over 5 years. Over that time, I had nothing but excellent customer service. The units themselves are in great condition to house personal belongings. None of my property was ruined. The staff was always above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend this location!
