Self Storage Security

We’re not just in the business of self storage – we’re in the business of safekeeping. We know how important your valuables are to you, which is why we are proud to offer several security features at our facilities across the country.

Security Features

SecurCare is more than just a name to us. Simply put – we ensure a high quality of security because we care about you and your valuables. Here’s a look at some of the security features we offer at many of our locations.

Controlled Access: Many of our storage units are accessible seven days a week. Because of that, we want to make sure that those units have quality security. Many of our locations offer gated access to your things that can only be opened with unique passcodes.

Personalized Passcodes: Just like a PIN number on your credit card, we offer a personalized number that only you know, ensuring that only tenants can open the security gate.

Disc Locks: Disc locks are more resistant to bolt cutters. Make sure you are paying close attention to any cut marks on your lock and always triple check your lock before leaving to make sure it is secure.

Onsite Managers: Our managers are an extra pair of eyes on your belongings and are quick to respond to issues. Many of the managers live onsite to keep your unit secure.

Renters Insurance: SecurCare is proud to give you peace of mind when it comes to security.  We offer affordable renters insurance that is combined with your monthly unit payment, giving you one less thing to worry about.
