This is the best storage facility I’ve ever used in my life. Customer service is amazing and I always receive emails if anything is wrong either same day or next day. Working long hours? Too easy, you can go there anytime you wish and it’s very accessible with no issues. Pricing is amazing and the process is quick. I love this storage place. Would recommend anyone :)

I recently opened a storage with SecurCare Self Storage. The experience was great. They have really good deals online, the staff was very professional, they reached out to me to make sure everything was ok and verified appointment, the amount of space for the price you cant beat that deal. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

Your staff at this location is wonderful. Knowledgeable and very courteous. Always a pleasure to do business with them. But your corporate greed is too expensive for the El Paso economy. Nearby Extra Space Storage currently advertises a 5 X 10 for $46 and a 10 X 10 for $65 which is what I have been paying you for the last 5 years. You wanted to raise my rent to $75. Had I not been so satisfied with your staff at the Will Ruth location I would have left long ago.
