Aaron was wonderful over the phone and later in person when I was looking at units to rent. He was extremely helpful in finding the right size and provided wonderful customer service. He had an amazing attitude and spoke with professionalism. The woman I previously talked to didn’t seem to understand what I needed as well as he did and even recommended a facility closer to my home address to make it easier for me to move my things.

3 star 3 months in and were told of course price going up and office worker directly in the office told us that they do this 2x a year because they know people don't have a choice and will pay it. Intresting coming from a worker telling the truth. if they raise it again on our 10x25 were leaving. Ridiculous price hikes. 5 star Our lady who helped us was excellent, however. Clean In someone else's review, the company responded they say they don't raise prices often but that's not the case we are seeing from other service members responding . We'll see how soon they raise rates again after Feb. And respond accordingly. No way to lock in rate only month to month allowed.

Not being sure of what I needed, the attendant was very helpful, and patient. She gave me suggestions, as well as taking me to see the areas so that I could feel comfortable. Along with that she made sure I had locks, and that I was insured. When I left I had peace of mind that everything was good.

I rented a unit online and it was pretty painless other than a couple of instances of my error missing a box or 2 to initial. When I went the next day with items o store, the manager was very professional and made sure I was happy.

I had a good experience. I always use Securecare because I've always had good customer service but I've always gotten a discount or a free month for being a return customer. This time it was disregarded that I keep coming back. For this I was highly disappointed. It always made me send others there because of the incentives and the truck that is no longer in use. Now I'm paying a high rate and then I have to go rent a truck.

Just had the most pleasant experience with this location! Amanda at the McArthur Road location was the associate on duty and she helped me work through some challenges with the online payment portal and getting a payment to go through on my account. This was literally a 2- hour process of phone calls back and forth between the two of us. She was very professional, patient and also acted as a serious advocate for me as a long-term customer. I am definitely please with the service which was above and beyond your every day customer service experience! Thank you Amanda for displaying professionalism and genuine concern for your customer!!!

The reason for the rental was to store all of my father's belongings after he passed away. We have now disbursed all of the storage contents to family or thrift stores. Therefore, I no longer am in need of the unit. It served a good purpose to know these precious things were in safe hands during the time I needed the unit. it is a great clean storage facility we've been using their storage facility for about 6 months now and we've never had an issue with any kind of pests or any other sorts of things inside of our garage. the checking in is very secure and I can imagine it be very difficult for anyone to try to break into anyone's separate garages. it's great because whoever's on duty to secure the facility does hourly checks on everyone's lock to make sure that no one is stealing.

Convenient location. Have used them off and on since 1993. Staff has always been nice, knowledgeable and accessible if I ever had questions or concerns. Robin, the new manager has always been onsite when I've come by and even provided curbside service when I came to pay my rent when there was road construction out front. Only issue is the hike in rent which has gone up twice since I got my storage shed which I assume is a corporate call.

We visited SecurCare on McArthur Rd. There we met Robin who was very friendly and extremely helpful. We needed a unit urgently, but the right size was unavailable - and although she was obviously very busy, instead of sending us on our way, Robin took the time to call other locations and not only verify availability, but also ensured that we still got the online reservation rate. By the time we got across town, the other manager was expecting us and knew our names. This type of customer-focused professionalism is what will keep us coming back as SecurCare customers. I would highly recommend this business to my friends, family and colleagues.
