I was very pleased with the service provided. I felt safe and secure when visiting and also felt like my items were secure. If and only if I saw insects they were dead. I do suggest you place damp rid or very sealed plastic containers. But my favorite was Tymekia! Excellent customer service and I felt like family. Too bad my stay is over her awesome energy and care will be missed.

After having a lot of issues getting responses about complaints about rent increases, I had left a poor review. The manager herself reached out to me to help lower my rent. She was super kind and it was very nice to be able to speak with her :) I highly appreciate her reaching out to me and resolving the situation. I still think the website could be much more user friendly but that is a corporate issue. Only lost a star bc of the bugs in my last unit that I had :/

I was able to get my storage unit in the matter of minutes thanks to their online leasing. The associates are very helpful and kind!!

I did everything online but had my daughter go to the storage facility to check it out. Once I arrived at the storage facility, I wasn't sure where the storage room was at. There were people working in the office, but they didn't open for another 45 minutes. The lady inside came out and she explained exactly where the room was and gave me the code to the building. When I went inside to the room i rented, it was spotless. All told, I had a great experience. It was easy, effective and the staff made an emotional connection. Thanks.

Tymekia, at 3800 Bragg Blvd location has great passion for customers. I came in needing a second storage and she help me get squared away. I was even able to get my military discount. She listen to me as I complained about my first storage. The lady at 3520 Bragg blvd location told me they didn't do military discounts and then my unit price went up higher tan a bigger unit. Tymekia, provides exceptional customer service, I will always recommend this particular location.

We have used this one for 4 years now. They where the best. While we where out of the country on orders they took great care of us and our things. Email was on point. This was a great choice and when we needed new storage option, they where right there to help.

I've been using this storage facility for over a year now and I could not be more pleased with the service! The pricing is affordable, it never went up during my time, and I got a free month when I paid for a year upfront. All units are ground level which is nice. My temperature controlled unit, as well as the entire property, was clean. Security for the facility (front office, gate w/code, doors with code, storage lock, cameras and lighting throughout) is great and put my mind at ease since I was out of the country. Communication was superior as I could contact the manager at anytime and she always helped me with anything I needed. I could not recommend this storage facility more.

I've been with SecurCare for several years. Tymekia is the manager at this location and she does a great job. She is courteous, quick, a hard worker and keeps up with everything I need. Customer service was excellent

The unit was clean however there is a pole blocking the keypad when driving in. The price could be a little less expensive. The best way to get a unit is not in person. Instead reserve a unit online and save money. Usually sales run first month free or 50% off first month. Instore sales are ridiculously spiked.

Your staff is very thorough, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. The gate access seems very secure. The entry of my inside unit was very clean as was my assigned unit. And the price for my unit is better than I expected.

I have used SecurCare Storage for a little over six months now, and my experience at this location has single-handedly been the best self-storage experience I have ever had. Being in the military, I have used many storage facilities across many different states and locations, but none have come close to SecurCare Storage. The customer service is by far the best in all of Fayetteville! The manager Tymekia Tindal and assistant manager Brittany Ford have always been overwhelmingly helpful and extremely polite and friendly. The prices are affordable, and the security provided at this facility is top of the line. I can honestly say that I feel my belongings are secure and protected. Their facility is always well maintained and in working order. I have rented two indoor units at this location and have never had any issues with either of them. If you are looking for a place to accommodate your storage needs, I would HIGHLY recommend starting here!

I used SecurCare a few years ago to store my items. With nice quality furniture I needed a climate controlled storage unit. When I found myself needing to store my items again mid last year I knew I had to snag the 1 remaining unit! Since rejoining I have had another great experience. Tymekia is wonderful to work with. Due to a weird glitch I am unable to pay on-line and she worked to help try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it still isn’t fixed but she has helped me out when I haven’t been able to get by there. She even remembers my name now when I come in to pay. She is an asset to the facility!

We've come here twice in the two months we've had a storage space and the gates haven't closed. Almost every time we've stopped by, there has been some issue or another. I will say that the telephone customer service has been great though to resolve issues timely.
