Daughter and I went to empty son's unit, didn't realize the uhaul truck we got didn't have a loading ramp and we had a frig that needed loaded. I asked Susan innthe office if any guys could help. There was a nice young man in the office that offered to help load it. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name. He not only helped with the frig but one other piece of furniture as well. So thankful for his help because we didn't know how we were gonna get it loaded.

I absolutely love the customer service provided by the property manager Susan! She’s is fantastic, super helpful, understanding. Sometimes the process of having to put your belongings in a storage and the uncertainty of where you’re going is a mental process in its self. She provides comfort and knowing that your belongings are secure and easy to get to when you’re doing the move by yourself and possibly have to move things in the evening. Reassurance is important and what I needed that I’m in a well lit spot. Gave me a great quote. I’m a returning customer. I’m glad that I’ve come back and she is so welcoming. I appreciate her service.

I just moved out here North Carolina, from Virginia I needed it the smallest unit storage Look up on online there were no small units and the price ring I was looking for so a gentleman name Steve was helping me put me on another location he was very helpful very friendly and very quick .. My only concern was I rented a controlled environment unit. I went by about 5 pm to look at sizes and check the temperature, it was 92° in the hallway. I was told they just had the unit fixed that day or day prior. I said I would come back the following day to see if it was any cooler. It was not;still 92° at 4pm when we went in and 93° when we left. The manager could not assure me that a follow-up call to corporate and/or repair company would be done and,if so,whether anything further COULD be done to get the temperature below 90°. That is not really acceptable for a unit that Is called 'climate controlled' !! I did rent the unit but am going to rent ANOTHER unit at a separate location to be sure my antique furniture is stored the best way possible. Each employee,David and Chrissy, were as nice,knowledgeable,and professional as you could hope for. Pleasure doing business at this location.

The receptionist was incredibly helpful and very nice. Made reserving a storage unit very easy and a quick process.

They were friendly and it was a simple process getting a storage unit. My only issue would be how hot it is for the inside storage units, but I guess that is my fault for not choosing a temperature controlled unit for my storage. The front desk was great though.

I kept personal items here from November 2019 to March 2021, and it is a nice place to keep items. The climate was always controlled, clean and never any messes inside my unit or outside. I only removed my items after moving to a bigger place that had room for them. Thanks for keeping my items safe during the time. Appreciate the service and staff!

Just moved in this passed weekend, and I now have an inside unit, I’m very satisfied with the cleanliness of the inside so far! And my unit is more spacious then what I had before at my last storage unit for only $10.00 more!👍🏽

Amanda was amazing, very friendly. Most of the storage was inside. They provided carts to make trips easier. It felt very safe and secure there.

Walking into a storage company I was really impressed. The agent on duty Brittany Ford was extremely friendly and showed she cared about her job . Although she had another customer in the office and the phone was constantly ringing, she still insisted to give me a tour of the facility since I didn’t quite know what size I needed. Also, I've been to other storage facilities, and this was the first one that I felt truly safe storing my items in. I will recommend this self storage company to my friends, and they will definitely recommend it to others! Brittany Ford made this experience easy and she definitely has a spectacular customer service gift.

Awesome personal. The young lady who helped us was very proffesional and friendly. She was quick with helping us. The unit is nice and price is great. Love that we could use the dollies they had to move stuff in. I would recommend people using this place for sure!

Excellent friendly service

I think a 4 star rating is pretty fair for this place all things considered. I've been here about a year now and while I do believe my unit is about $5 more than when I started, as far as I know I have not seen any cheaper prices around town. Plus, when I signed up online I got the first month free and only had to pay the administrative fee, and there is no commitment you have to make in their month-to-month lease. Facility has been good and I've never seen any bugs running around that these people are talking about. Now, what I don't like is that this last January they changed their gate access hours from being 24 hour accessible to now being only open from about 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM, and I don't think there was any reason to do that. So if it's important to get to your unit at odd hours, this isn't the place. But if that's not important, I certainly do recommend this place.

Staff were helpful and always polite. I appreciated reminders when my bill was due. Biggest downside was the yearly increase in fees which led me to move out of the unit.

Great storage place. Fair prices and we felt safe having our stuff there.

Clean, easy to access. No issues setting up long term storage space and have been easy to work with in-person and on the phone. We would recommend for short or long term storage needs.

I use securcare self storage. I've been using them for years and have no complaints EXCEPT the price of the units keep going up a little too often.

They took care of my stuff for 10 years, barely had any problems. Their customer service is on par for the most part.
