The best thing about this location is the Manager Savanah! She is very polite and helpful! We have had this storage unit for 2 years. We also had a parking space at one time. She makes this place better. If not for her and we had some other person we would probably take our things elsewhere.

I decided to visit the SecurCare Self Storage in Westfield and I knew the moment I arrived who I was speaking to. Savannah was kind, polite, courteous and very reassuring with my questions and concerns for storage. She took me to see the units I was interested in so I could verify the size of space as well as, took me to my unit after I selected one and made sure I could work the lock and systems to enter. That is what I call excellent customer service and attention to details. Thank you for making this an easy and confident choice Savannah !

I have had my belongings stored here for years and I love the accessibility of it. The office manager Savannah is AMAZING!!!! She is always so very helpful and knowledgeable about which storage unit is most suitable for your needs. My only complaints are the rising costs and that they do not offer the ability to accept partial payments.

Have been renting a 10 x 25 climate controlled unit here for over 10 years. This place always is safe and clean inside. Decided to finally downsize and found a smaller unit in the same building as our first one. Savannah was so helpful and sweet! She made the process so easy for us. She is definitely an asset to this facility! She is available and always answers the phone if we have any questions. You did great. Quick, easy, and professional. Best pricing in the area. I rented two units.

Friendly staff, open 7 days a week from 6ish am - 10 pm for you to access your unit, not sure on the office hours though. Very clean inside and out. Easy to find and to locate your unit once inside with the signs posted on each building very clearly. Larger isles for the outside units, easy to load and unload. Usually had carts/dollys available to assist with moving your items if needed for the inside units.

Everything was very good from registering from Florida to arriving here to have a place to store my belongings while waiting for the house to be built/completed. The space was clean, the staff friendly and all went well. I would definitely use them again if I need space for storage.

Rented a U-Haul for our move. Gas was slightly less than marked, otherwise it was as expected.

Stopped in quickly for rates on a storage unit as well as a U Haul rental. I was in and out quickly and there are plenty of sizes/options for units and trucks. The truck was clean and everything went smoothly.
