Friendly helpful staff.. is a very clean storage facility...easy access .. Would like to have seen higher side fencing with barb wire ... to discourage using ladders... They have both climate and non climate controlled units... The best facility I've seen in the area.. in just my experience.. Search for yourself... it's your stuff.. you get what you pay for

I've been using this facility (Hwy. 85 Fayetteville) for almost 1 year and the property manager, Samantha, has made my experience with leasing a storage unit an excellent one! She is very friendly & personable, patient, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful whenever I have questions or concerns regarding my account. The facility is well-maintained, well-lit at night and always super clean, and easily accessible (great hours) . I was originally using 2 different storage facilities and recently rented an additional unit and transferred everything to this location instead because my experience has been so amazing!

It’s a nice facility and it’s always clean. It’s not too crowded and it’s conveniently located right in town. HOWEVER, the cost to rent one of the units from this company, or at least at this location, is OUTRAGEOUS. I’ve been renting a unit from them for a little less than a year now, and at about the six month point, they increased the monthly rental fee; from $240 to $265! I never received any kind of communication from the business office telling me that there was going to be an increase in my monthly rental fee, OR an explanation as to WHY they were increasing the monthly fee. Other than that, I’m perfectly happy with these people and the business the run.

Our representative was Samantha. She did an amazing job explaining the options and helping us pick the right unit. Her patience and professionalism were great!!!

My experience with Ms. Samatha at SecurCare was excellent. First of all her spirit was so positive and she honestly provided professional customer service to me at the highest level. I ask her several questions and I mean I drilled her and not once did she seemed irritated nor frustrated or had a mean look on her face. Instead she just took her time with a smile and made sure I understood the necessary requirement. She also made sure she applied any discounts available if any at the time, and She made spending money a little easier and in return I was getting respect as well as true customer care you seldom get these days. Nothing but positive comments for this storage facility. I have zero negative comments to add and had a very pleasant experience with this place. The store manager was exceptional and very easy to work with. When moving out my things I opted to use the Penske rental truck that’s available at this site. When I went to pick it up for the day the manager gave me a great discount for the rental truck. Better than the one I was expecting with my employee discount. Will definitely be using this storage site in the future if I need one.
