I must say I have been a customer of this location for over 8 years!!! Location has been sold a several times since I’ve been a tenant, by far securcare has been the best owners this far. And I must say Jessica has been an outstanding ambassador for this company her work ethic goes over, above and beyond the call of duty. I’ve noticed since this company took over I’ve seen their presence on the property countless times making sure the place is operating at the standards expected.

Jessica Storey was very knowledge of hier service offers and advised accordingly to my storage size and length of services. Easy process and Great Customer Service.

Jessica was AWESOME! Fast, professional, courteous, smiling service that met my exact needs! Moved in my unit in less than 2 days! She worked hard to get everything I needed!

Over a year ago i went by to get prices info for a storage . Didn’t get one because they didn’t had the size i needed. Today i went by with my cousin to get a space and the service we received was exceptional. The muscle guy was very professional and polite from start to finished. I think his name is Sean, an absolute assets to Cubesmart. He explained to late fees to my cousin for his unit for my cousin and even showed up where the unit is located.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. KayKay made the process very quick and easy. I would definitely recommend a friend.

Really helpful and friendly people. They put an temporary lock on my unit and I wasn't able to return for awhile to switch out locks. Manager called me and let me know items were secured and they placed a lock on my unit for me. Even certified mailed me my key that day! Excellent and surperb service. 🤩

Ms. Harriet made it her goal to give me a complete run down of all of the information regarding my storage, access, insurance and payment options. She made sure I was comfortable with the specific unit I would be renting and was sure to recommend various storage and security precautions I could take to ensure my belongings would be kept safe. Harriet was very welcoming and personable throughout the entire process and it was very much appreciated. My experience with this location thus far has been great and I would recommend them anytime.

We've had a unit here for years. Was ona downward slid a few months ago with to many cars being worked on but that has recently been cleaned up.

Went for packing boxes. Every thing was available and clerk was was well informed and helpful

I have been a customer for over 8 years. I have storage. My mother has storage, my grown children have storage here. The customer service is outstanding. Since the new owners have come in, it is professional now. The grounds are being up kept at last and the many things that had fallen into disarray with the old owners are FINALLY being taken care of. New working doors, new drainage to prevent water damage AT LAST. Open great hours. 7 days a week. I cannot stress strongly enough how much this property has improved. We all comment on how amazing it looks now and we always see the staff working hard to go the extra mile to be helpful and or working around the property. "Please don't be fooled by those leaving bad references, that prob. did not pay their bills, or are trying to run out a new company to the area. THIS IS where you want to be. Great prices. Professional staff. Security and managers living on site. Thank goodness they came in when the new management company did. THE ONLY PLACE I REFER FRIENDS AND FAMILY TOO!

had a misunderstanding about when I cancelled my rental but they made it right and I would use them again. Great undercover storage for campers, etc.
