Toys for Tots Drop Off Locations in 2021

SecurCare Self Storage is partnering with the Marine Toys for Tots this holiday season. Toys for Tots is a non-profit organization with the mission to collect and distribute new, unwrapped toys to children and young teens at Christmas. We’re proud to take part in this noble cause, but we need your help! Read on for the list of our participating drop-off locations.

What to Donate?

Consider donating items that your son or daughter would love to open on Christmas day. Popular categories for donations include sporting equipment, books, backpacks, board games, radio control cars, hand-held electronics, and skateboards with helmets. 

Do Donate:

• New, unwrapped toys
• Toys that are $10 or above in price range
• Books and educational toys 

Don’t Donate:

• Used toys
• Toys that look like realistic weapons
• Candy or any food items
• Toys with chemicals (i.e., experimental labs, crystal projects, etc.)

How to Donate?

You can drop off your donation between December 4th and December 23rd, depending on the location. Please contact your location for the exact pick-up dates. Just visit a participating SecurCare Self Storage location and drop off your donation in the Toys for Tots collection boxes that are stationed in our offices. You can drop off your toy donation when you come in to rent with us, pay your bill, or check on your unit! Our team is here and ready to assist you. 

Social Distancing Guidelines 

Due to COVID-19, donating looks a little different this year. Here are a few things to note before dropping off your Toys for Tots donation:

• We require that customers adhere to local social-distancing guidelines at our offices.
• Please wear masks and keep a 6 ft distance from those around you.
• Office hours may vary by property. Please contact the store before you arrive.
