Abby, the site manager, has been incredibly helpful and dedicated, always striving for the best. She follows through on her promises, and we are very happy about that. We've had this storage unit for some time now, and it has been running smoothly. We needed an additional unit, and Abby was happy to accommodate us. When we encountered a broken latch, she promptly got it fixed.

Abby and April gave me wonderful service, and we shared many laughs. They're very helpful, they'll even make sure you're getting the best value for your buck! This storage location is very safe and private, and the entire property was spotless! You can definitely tell the property is very well managed and it's quiet!

Our storage unit was broken in to at the Secure Self Storage on Equestrian Ln in Grand Prairie. The Property Mgr, Abby Morales, did the job of two people helping us secure our unit! I would strongly suggest hiring some help for her. She never complained; she just did the job!!

Abby is the bomb! She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to keep my account up to date with payments. I was able to promptly update my new card on file all because she went that extra mile (emails AND text messages to let me know my card wasn’t working online) for me as a customer. I’ve had my classroom stuff stored here for a little over 2 years now and it’ll stay for as long as I need it to. I truly appreciate her and the SecurCare team!

Price is great. Location is awesome for me. I had an issue today with online signup. I came to the office and she was really helpful. Had my issue resolved in less than 15 minutes. Awesome service.

I went in about some information about renting a storage in a near future and when I walked in I was greeted by Ms.Linda she was very helpful and sweet. If anyone is looking to rent a storage I recommend yall go see Ms.Linda!!! I will be renting in the near future.

Linda was great to deal with. She helped my dad get a unit that fits his needs. This is also one of the cleanest facilities we’ve seen. We compared a lot of storage places and hers was definitely the best bang for your buck as far as cost, location, property look, everything.

Although the office closed early in the day and was not open during business hours. I was able to call the customer service number and get my assigned unit and access codes. The property and unit is perfect. Very clean.

The online reservation was easy enough. Went to the office on my reservation date and it stated the office was closed during normal operating hours. My only complaint is for the management to have more information included in their confirmation email after securing your reservation. 1) A map layout of the facility. They do not have all the unit numbers listed on the buildings so it took me several times driving around the facility to try to find my unit. All they had was a piece of tape on the floor with the unit number hand written on it. I'm assuming the numbers will be added later on. 2) A reminder that the customer will need to purchase their own lock. Of course it's on the contract but including it in the email wouldn't hurt. They have a "Know before you go" section on the email for items to bring but it's pointless because no one was in the office. Other than the awkward welcome/lack of information. The storage unit does was it is intended to do.. store items.

We rented a 5x10 unit earlier this year, and when we needed to get a 10x20 unit as well, the staff was wonderful to deal with, helped get us set up, linked out accounts and able to ensure the accounts both reflected our Homeowers Policy! Could not ask for a better Storage Facility and staff. Thank you!

When I first walk in, there was just one person at the desk, she was handling what later was a very irate customer. She had to replete herself several times to this individual, but she had the patience of Job, and gave, what I thought was excellent customer service. My wait was long, but I said to myself I know I will get the excellent customer service as she gave the man on the phone. Her name is Chasity. She took the time with me, showed me two units, and I walked away renting one of them on the spot. Thank you very much Chasity. This company is endow with a good, talent, quality person. Thank you so much for your time with me.

Nathan and Walt did an awesome job taking care of me here at the Grand Prairie location. Initially got a smaller unit first, but then I realized it wasn't going to fit my needs. When a bigger unit opened up, they processed my transfer smoothly with no hiccups!! Very helpful guys! 100% recommended!

Both gentlemen were very helpful in satisfying my storage needs. They were friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were comparable with others in the area. I liked that I was able to obtain the large size compartment with complete enclosure and not just an open cover.

Staff was very knowledgeable and curious.. In times of transition people are very anxious and sometimes overwhelmed; the staff was to the point with getting business done quickly and efficiently.

Clean facility with monitored access. I like that you have to log in your code before you can enter through the gates then log out with your code before you can exit out the gates. This extra measure makes me feel my property is secured and I am safe while I am there.

I recently rented a storage at this facility and was so surprised that they allowed us to use their company trailer free of charge! That was such a blessing and one less expense that we would have incurred! The staff was friendly and helpful with the rental process and we also received 2 free months! They also have cameras that monitor the vehicles coming into the facility! That's a major plus! I would definitely recommend this place to store your belongings!

Needed a spot to park my camper and wanted it out of the elements. This place has fully enclosed RV spaces and has an on site dump station. This will come in handy this summer! I sleep well at night knowing my camper is plugged in and secure in my unit. Having a great experience so far!
