What is one of the best storage units in Arlington? Secure care Storage. José the manager has been really helpful and I've been really please with all the improvements they've made on site. They are definitely worth the bang for your buck you won't find better service and all of Arlington.

She knew off the top of her head what size unit I needed! So I didn’t have to figure that out! The storage was perfect and I had no issues! It’s outside.. so if you don’t mind it being a pull up storage then I would definitely recommend Secure Storage (I was off Cooper) .. Thank you again!

Very friendly , prices are so so the gate is broken but the manager Olivia reassured us that she does extra rounds for checking the units and the police do come by as well because I saw them . I think the manager is serious when it comes to her customers and their property. That's why I decided to go with this one

Hi, I've used SecurCare Self Storage for a few years. If I had a question, Olivia, the office manager and her staff were always available to answer. They are courteous and very helpful. I like the convenient hours of access to the storage unit. This was accommodating for working people. I never had a safety issue. If the need for a storage facility is needed in the future, SecurCare Self Storage (West Arlington) would be a good choice.

My friend has been using SecureCare storage for more than 20 years. A year ago I met storage manager Olivia who was so so helpful and kind as my friend no longer had the keys to the lock or even knew what the storage # was. Olivia went above and beyond to help us. We did empty and close the storage at that time and yesterday I was again in need of a smaller storage for a short period of time and Ms Olivia recognized me and remembered my friend’s name. Now that’s what you call top of the line, 100% customer service and great great person especially in these Covid crazy years. I am forever grateful for such a sweet lady.

We truly love her...She is one of a kind, helpful knowledge lady...Dont ever lose her...Weve had units in different storages and left because of the horrible employees...Its because of Olivia that weve stayed...Amazing employee...BUT ..you need 2 replace your door...theyre horrible cant ever get them up or down...Youve went up on our rent 3 or 4 times...with those increases you need 2 start replacing doors...

The staff are real helpfull, the prices are very reasonable, the other tenants are real respectful. It's a very good place to rent a storage. The place is also easy access with supervision. There isn't any place better.

All storage facilities are fairly equal in terms of size and amenities, but the staff at the South Cooper, Arlington location is amazing. Olivia projects complete professionalism, combined with friendliness, helpfulness, and a genuine caring personality. I've had units at two other storage locations, not SecurCare, in the past few years. One was pleasant and had a better location for me; one was significantly more expensive and less personable; Olivia makes the difference!

The customer service that i received here by the manager Ms. Olivia was amazing ! She asked what i was storing and suggested a unit that fit all of my things perfectly . She has a certain charm that kind of draws you in!! I was at first just pricing units but after she was so nice and helpful i didnt care to look any more . My mind was made up !

Mrs.Olivia is the absolute best customer service representative that I have encountered.She made sure that I got exactly what I needed and made sure that everything was correct.I was behind on a payment that I had totally forgotten about and she provided me with a courtesy call to remind me before I received late fee charges and every time I do come in to make a payment she is always very professional and friendly.just an overall great person period.

I would just like to say that ive been a customer of securecare for over 2 yrs....what i loved from the very beginning & what brought me to secure care from public storage (whom i'll NEVER use again) was olivia!!!! Her bubbly southern personality & caring spirit won me over.....the rates was great & then she told me about the pkg deals going.....she has ALWAYS been available to help me with any issues or problems & has always went above & beyond!!!!! Shes a beckon in todays society!!!! What i can complain about is the rates seem to keep goin up it seems like every 8 months now which has no reflection on olivia.....securecare needs to keep the rates the same for at least a year or more....otherwise we LOVE Olivia....Shes the absolute best!!!!!

Using this facility was a pleasure. It is not the newest facility in town, but it is clean and well kept. The manager, Kaye was great to work with. She went above and beyond for us several times in helping us during a difficult time. We would recommend this facility to anyone.
