Lloyd is the real gem here! Any issue that I had, was met with friendliness and a quick response. The unit itself was clean and in good condition. During a downpour I found myself very much wishing that there were gutters as the downpour was coming down right over my door latch -consequently I got very wet -so if you need to access the unit, unless it is necessary, as was the case for me, avoid it during a downpour. Getting in and out of the lot flows smoothly, The lot is paved which is great and you can't beat the location!

I had a rough start by no one's fault. My door would not open the day before my moving truck was due. It was a Sunday and Deana and the upper management were very quick to resolve the problem! Very clean, excellent management and my deepest gratitude for customer service even though I guess I posted an unfavorable review months ago. I can't find it to remove it. Thank you Deana!

Dealt with Deana the 2 yrs I was there. She was a pleasure.( that's why the Five Stars) I had to leave, due to another price increase.

My husband and I used SecurCare Self Storage for about two months while we were in between houses during our move. The unit was clean, communication was clear, and it was easy to access. We will absolutely use this establishment again if we need storage.

When I left Ohio, I needed a place to store most of my things while I figured out what my long term plan was. Moving my stuff into my unit was quick and easy and any supplies I might've been missing (i.e. bubble wrap, a lock, plate sleeves, etc.) were available for purchase. I rented my unit from July 2021 - August 2022 and throughout that time, Deana was always so lovely and helpful. If there were any issues with my direct debit payment, they made sure to communicate promptly and help me solve the issue. I would highly recommend this place for long term storage as they really care about their customers and are always available to help.

I was able to get a unit promptly. The admittance procedure is very simple and you're able to drive right up to the unit. The attendant was very helpful also.

i have had a storage unit at the SecurCare in Canton, OH (Highline Ave location) for the past 2 1/2 years and have only good things to say. I had a problem one day with the latch on the door and they had someone out there to fix it almost immediately. I recently got rid of several large items and had rented a smaller unit but when I went to move my things I realized the new one was not nearly big enough. It was before they even opened but the manager was there and within 15 minutes managed to find me another available unit. Really saved the day because I'm not sure what I would have done. All the people I have dealt with there have been super nice and very accommodating.

This storage facility was conveniently located making it easy to access any needed items. Deanna was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She showed me the unit I was interested in and it was very clean and dry. She even gave me tips on how to place furniture in the unit to maximize space. We followed her suggestions it made a huge difference. Everything was clearly explained and there were no surprises. I highly recommend this facility.

I have used secure self storage for quite a while now. They were the best priced storage place I could find. The ladies in the office are the sweetest! They genuinely care about their customers. I see them once a month to pay my bill and they always remember my name and ask how my business is going. They take very good care of the grounds. This will always be my 1st choice for storage.

This is my second time dealing with Extra Space Storage and I am once again satisfied. I find their process for reserving and receiving a unit very simple and accommodating. When I reserved my unit this time and went in to pay for my unit I dealt with Deana Montisano and I thought she was incredible. She was super friendly and helpful and got me exactly what I needed and made sure I understood everything that had to do with my unit, including showing me the size I was considering just to make sure everything I was planning on storing would work in that sized unit.
