Nice storage unit with secured entry. The units are well lit and I found the manager to be very helpful and knowledgeable both on the phone and in person. She was upfront about costs and had boxes and locks right in the office. No hidden costs or extra fees. Anytime I've had a question it was answered quickly. While you can make payment online I like the ease of making payment in office. My only complaint is that the rates are raised frequently. If not for that I would have left 5 stars.

The facility manager was excellent.Judy really knows her stuff. Friendly should be her middle name,never thought any question was silly. Walked us through the process, personnally took us to the keypad to make sure we were comfortable getting in and out of the building.

Tristan was very friendly, patient, and very understanding. She went over everything with me and what I did not understand she explained with no frustrations.

Tristan was an all star! Helpful, courteous. She did TWO follow-up phone calls prior to the move in to make sure everything was going smoothly. She really made sure everything was as it should have been. Unit was clean, lots of cameras around, security perimeter fence with individual codes. All these were pluses! Thanks again Tristan!

The facilities are well maintained and clean with a supportive and extremely helpful and professional site management employee Tristan! An extremely warm hearted, hard working and charismatic facility manager, Trustan, is constantly working at maintaining a clean secure storage site facility.

Tristan the clerk at the facility went above an beyond to answer all questions and concerns I had to using this facility.!!!! It was a FANTASTIC Experience !!!!! Will definitely go back once I get my moving together.
