I was thoroughly impressed with the quality service that the ladies provided and the prices were reasonable.

I have only had the most professional experience with these two find ladies Jamie and Heather. I am so proud to be a customer of them! I am treated like royalty and more…I will only do business at this location because of how they serve my account!! I am writing this review with a gladness they deserve all this and more!! Got unit when I was moving out of state and the management team there is wonderful. Excellent customer service. Both of the ladies help answer any questions that I had. Best pricing in town.

They listened to me and switched it out right away. Which locks work best? How do you even open these storage doors? What is the meaning of life? The gentleman behind the desk was definitely courteous and knowledgeable, and set us up with the storage room quickly!

Some units are inside with A/C that doesn’t work often and others outside with no A/C. The people are nice. The facility - not the greatest. Kind of dirty.

I'm apologize for the review I'm not real sure how that got posted! I have actually been a tenant before, about 6 years ago. I never had any issues and would use the storage facility again if I needed to.

My daughter graduated and we needed a place to store her furniture until she found a new place to live. The staff at A Storage place were a pleasure to deal with, they responded quickly when I contacted them and were friendly and professional. The whole process was very straightforward and simple. The units were perfect for our needs and we felt the security was good in case our daughter needed to go back to the unit on her own.

I have rented storage units in several states and this facility is far and above any I’ve had experience with. First the facility: It is always clean and well maintained. I have never felt unsafe when I’ve accessed my unit after office hours. That is very important to me. The aisles are well lit and easy to pass through or turn around within. The pricing is fair and within the range in the local area. The facility is logistically close to my residence. Second the staff: The manager, Jerry Brimm, goes above and beyond with customer service. He’s always been professional, courteous, helpful, open to suggestions and more than willing to assist in a special situation. He also has a great sense of humor! I have and will continue to wholeheartedly recommend this storage facility.

Having rented from quite a few other storage facilities over the past 23 years that I've lived in this state, this facility is absolutely the very best across the board, in every aspect of meeting my storage needs. The rent and increases are fair. The staff are very professional and also pleasant people, they're easy to work with, prompt with return calls and especially accomodating - willing to do whatever it takes for excellent customer service. The facility is clean and well maintained which makes it inviting to do business with.

This review concerns a male family member who suddenly discovered he had to move and vacate his unit. To their amazing credit, Jerry and Sherry did everything possible to mitigate the stressful circumstances of moving out in a timely manner. We are sincerely grateful they operate this facility in a friendly, competent and professional manner, and treat their tenants with respect.

Reasonable rates, but I wish the open hours were longer. Given that the office closes at 5pm (maybe 6?) and you can continue to access it for several hours after, I'm not sure why it can't just allow 24 hour access since management being there doesn't make a difference either way.

Can't see any reason it would be bad. It's a storage place which is easily accessible at a decent price.

Great location, and great service, but they took the trash dumpsters away, which was one reason why I went there.

Moving is always a challenge but with the help of Diane at mr Store it at least the worries of my furniture where not a concern. She was very helpful and was also easy to work with when our move out date ended up a few days late. Thank you Diane and Mr Store it!

This facility comes highly recommended from me. They were able to help me in making a storage decision based on size, money and location. The site is very clean and secure. The managers live on site which also made me feel more secure with my belongings there. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the area
