Doesn't say tractor-trailer access but gotta know what you doing. I back down in there perfectly. Uhaul next door if your not comfortable trying it. But great place to store your belongings.

By far the best customer service I could’ve ever expected, the property manager ( I’m terrible with names so I forgot his) was so helpful and made sure I knew it would be safe there.

I have had storage units with the facility on Carolina Beach Road for more than ten years and have never had a complaint. The units are well maintained and the staff has always gone out of their way to accommodate any changes I have needed to make.

Very easy people to work with. Quick and easy sign up procedure. Great customer service. Choose an outside unit. It was very clean and in great shape.

William, the Property Manager, provided great customer service, including going the extra mile. He was very helpful, and so was the move in special.

Employees made it so easy for me to decide on which size would work for me. So very friendly.

Tonya Guinn was professional pleasant and made it easy to handle my needs. I would recommend this storage facility just because of her. There are many to choose from in Wilmington; so having a personality in the office is important to gain business in a competitive market.

So far my only complaint is they went up on my storage fee 3 months after renting a unit. I called about it and was told they can go up on their rates at will and sometimes people get introductory rates when they rent a unit. I was not one of those people. I will be happy when when my situation changes so I can move everything out asap since rates change on a whim. Clean and monitored.

I had a great experience opening my storage unit at this store. I was greeted warmly by Will, the assistant manager, who was great to talk to and get things started. I filled out the form, we signed the paperwork, prepared my lock and keys and went to open the unit. As Will unlocked my unit and explained where it was it dawned on me that I had ordered a unit too that was way too small. So I went back into the office and told Will my dilemma who was very forgiving and said don't worry about it we'll do another lease not a problem and have you pay the difference. I can't stress how important customer service is and this place is definitely on top of it! Clean office, friendly and knowledgeable employees and very safe and clean units! I feel very comfortable leaving my stuff there!
