Nice clean, secure storage facility with very friendly and helpful staff. I arranged the entire thing quickly online. Hours are 6am to 10pm and the facility is locked down outside those hours, so if that's a concern make sure you inquire before you sign the contract.

Ultra clean , well lit and safe . Curtious , knowledgeable and friendly staff. Couldn't ask for a better place to store your stuff. And prices are reasonable too.

The woman at the desk was more than helpful. I got my first months rent free without having to jump thru hoops or ask a bunch of questions. It was all very strait forward and very pleasant. She took me to a Locker I asked for and gave me a better one with more installation at the bottom, which I don’t notice or think about. Best service i’v had in a very long time . You got a keeper. As for the facility, it’s very clean and organized and the gate was open for easy access on my busy Saturday afternoon. I have no doubt I’d any issues arise, it will be handled with care and speed.

Good storage facility. However they need to allow 24/7 access, especially when moving in/out.

Started with the online reservation, good process. They followed up with a phone call almost immediately, taking down additional data to save us time when we moved our stuff. When we got to the site for paperwork, info from the call was off a bit, but easily corrected. Used our own lock and insurance with no issues. Desk person (Robert) was great, absolutely spot on taking care of our needs. Much better experience than I had a different company just down the road.

Very clean, and friendly staff, BUT... one of the security gates has just stayed open 24/7 while waiting on a repair for at least a week now (compromising security.) Same for one of the entrances to an inside storage building (compromising climate control and rodent protection for the units inside.)

I have been doing business with the Monkey Junction facility for more than ten years. The staff has always been very helpful and accommodating. The premises are well maintained and clean.

We love y'all here in the heart of Monkey Junction Wilmington NC. We have been with them about 5 years. We have not had any issues .Everyone is very friendly and VERY CLEAN..

This place is awesome! I have used their storage for years, I always feel safe, my unit is kept clean, the entire facility is clean. I have never seen any bugs or had any issues. The girls at the desk are super nice, helpful, sweet and always help me with anything from payments to helping me unlock the storage unit when I have difficulty with it. They even called me once when a person they didn't recognize logged in with my code.Can't say enough nice things about this storage facility!!

After calling EVERY place in town for a storage unit, we chose this place simply because the guy we spoke with on the phone was the ONLY one who was nice enough to answer every annoying question we had WITHOUT an attitude. All the others made it seem like we were wasting their time! Once we arrived to the office, hours later, that same guy remembered my husband's name and what we needed. He was so polite and very friendly. Not to mention, he made sure everything went smoothly, and we were out of there within 30 mins of walking in the door! Don't go for the cheapest place in town, because you'll get what you pay for, and when it comes to storing your personal things, you WANT to make sure it's at a place like this specific Martin Self Storage...TRUSTWORTHY & AFFORDABLE!
