China and Brittany were by far the best. China has the patients of an angle. No matter how many time we wanted to see a unit she never made us feel like we were a bother. Brittany had every answer for our 1000 questions, and stopped what she was doing to come help us. The grounds are clean and well managed. Best storage in Raleigh NC.

I’ve had my unit at this location for a few years now and I love it. The staff is amazing and friendly. They keep me updated on everything through via text or email. I would definitely recommend anyone to SecurCare Self Storage.

When I was in NC early this year, I was able to use Secure Care to store my items. Brittany was gracious and helpful in assessing my needs and getting me through a very stressful time. Sorry I haven’t had time to review before now, I moved cross country twice in the last 8 months, but I did want to make sure that I gave SecureCare and especially Brittany the best review I could.

I’m was in the process of moving, an my move in date was pushed back on the I was supposed to get the key. I was left with all my furniture and clothes left in an u-haul. I went to THREE different storage places before I came across SecurCare Self Storage. When I say the process was SO easy. The property manager Brittany was an angel sent from god. She made the process so easy an fast, so I could start moving my stuff in. In my eyes, she saved me money from having to pay extra money to U-haul. Highly recommended !!!! Thank you.

As a long-time customer at Secur Self Storage, I can't say enough good things about Brittany. She is the main reason I continue renting a unit at this facility. From the moment I did my initial walk-through with Brittany, I knew my belongings would be in great hands. She took the time to thoroughly explain the security protocols and gave me a behind-the-scenes look at how they keep the premises safe and secure. The amount of diligence she puts into monitoring the property is really impressive. Whenever I stop in, Brittany always greets me with a friendly smile and remembers me by name. She makes an effort to get to know the customers. At the same time, she's firm about enforcing policies like only allowing access during staffed hours for everyone's protection. I've had instances where I misplaced my key or code and Brittany calmly walked me through the steps to regain access instead of making me feel irresponsible. Her customer service skills are top-notch. It's clear that Brittany takes pride in her job and the self-storage facility. She keeps everything so well-organized and tidy. I feel at ease knowing my valuables are secured in her very capable hands. Brittany is a real asset to Secur Self Storage and I'm grateful she's there watching over my unit. I was a customer here for at least four years. I purchased climate-controlled storage. It was always clean…Great temperatures year-round. I never saw any pests or evidence of pests in the facility or in my unit. The customer service was good, but I seldom needed to engage them. Like all rented spaces (storage, apartments), their price increased over the years which motivated me to stop being lazy, go through my belongings, and close out. I would recommend them. There may be better places but I give them 5 stars because there were no pests. I rented there long enough to have seen some if they were there.

I love this place! Its always clean, including the corridors where the temp controlled units are. Well lit at night, feels very secure. Carts in the corridors to help haul your stuff!

I was have a really bad day with all the “no luck” storage units I stopped by. They were rude and nasty with me and acted as if I NEEDED this business. That all changed the min I walked in the Secure Care doors. Brittany greeted me and her smile instantly made me smile! She was helpful, kind, funny, and very informative. The initial wait to get someone to answer the call was a tad long. Once Edmund answered, he helped make the reservation, answered my questions and was awesome. When I got to the office, Brittney was a fantastic start to an otherwise so-so day. She gave me excellent information, showed me the exact unit I would be renting and was a genuine pleasure to interact with. 15/10 would recommend without hesitation. One of the best customer service experiences in a world where that is in short supply.

It's a storage place. They're good about regularly disinfecting doorknobs and such, at least that I've seen.

They should have some lighting in the individual storage rooms because the light in the hall isn't enough and doesn't stay on long, so you have to walk to the end to trip the light sensor again... It's really aggy....

It was a truly exceptional experience, and I have rented from this local company before. This torage facility proves that not all storage facilities are equal. The management staff was quick and professional showing me several options for the items i was storing. Who knew you could rent a storage locker tall enough to stand up an 11 foot long canoe.
