Storage Units at 2655 George Owen Rd in Fayetteville, NC 28306

This is the second time I use SecureCare Self Storage. I left my household in Storage for a year, this location is very clean and secure. I commend Marcus for his outstanding customer service. Marcus is polite, informative and well mannered. Marcus is an asset to your Company. Thank you.

Great thing they had space available for the size I needed but as far as getting me all set to go and use my storage was horrible the info the lady gave me about my storage was wrong and left out some info I needed to access my unit then due to wrong gate code provided to me I tried to call 24hr number cause it was the weekend no help there either so sad to say a guy let me use his gate code to access my unit and Monday I wasn't able to get in contact via phone so I had to take a trip up there to get the right codes for myself... So besides them providing wrong info and no access to them for customer needs during off hrs andd my storage being on 3rd floor I still like my storage cause I wanted a inside storage most don't have and like I said they had one space left for what I needed!

Nice facility with climate control. Prices are a bit on the high side, but it's worth it in mu opinion.

I needed a small unit at the last minute and this place had just what I needed. I was able to rent my unit online and receive codes for entry in about 10 minutes from start to finish. Staff was very courteous & eager to help. The facility was very clean & so was the unit. Very satisfied customer!!

Fast, friendly service. Clean unit

The facility was very clean and secure. The front desk staff and call center were extremely helpful and polite. My only issue is the confusing parking after you drive through the gate as there is no marked areas to park except in the loading areas in front of other units.

Friendly and helpful

Storage facilities can be a bit of a dice roll. This one is well maintained, easy to access, and doesn't seem like it has any risk of flooding. The elevator can be a bit of a pain, but I'm willing to put up with it for the benefits.

Lovely people in the office, a secure facility, and the controlled environment is kept stable. I've used them for two years now, never had a problem.

Very nice place. Temperature controlled and very safe with cameras and entry pass-code for the gates, doors and even the large cargo elevator.
