(I was looking online at different places) When I arrived, Taneka was so welcoming and professional. Made a reservation for 3-month rental and called two weeks later. Chris explained crystal-clearly how "reserve" works. Immediately rented a unit via their website (ditched the "reservation"). It was one painless process. Had question about the process of rental termination and emailed Chris and he responded right away. So far the communication is superb . Lets see how things eventually work out when move in and move out.
