For more than 10 months we rented 2 spaces on this site, I always had excellent service, good attention, excellent security! Wonderful location, I recommended it to my family and they still stay there, I had to retire due to moving, thanks to all of you!!!

Wonderful experience... Facility is clean and rental process is easy. Manager Michelle is friendly, regularly available and attentive and always helpful whenever a question needs an answer or if any issue should arise. Highly satisfied!

Been here 2 years, love it, well managed, clean, and staff is always helpful and friendly.

Customer service was great. Was able to get a storage to place my things in. The Front desk Rep was very helpful and polite. She explained everything that I needed to know and was able to get me in and out.

You guys are great. The young man that checked me in was awesome. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I think the rate was actually very reasonable for the storage space. I even got a discount for the first month so I was even more pleased. Michelle was very informative during my introduction to the options available.

Price is great, it’s private…not too many people use it. However, the lady that manages the place can be very extra and was very rude to me one night that I accidentally tailgated into the facility. I was wrong but had no idea you cannot tailgate. She could have corrected me in a more gentle way. She was very disrespectful to me on the night of 12/7/21. I will not be renewing for January 2022. Overall it’s not a bad place.

Friendly staff! Zack was very helpful after my long move from Kinston, thanks for holding the reservation! This place is priced well for the area, and convenient off of Maynard. The driveway is pretty steep, so keep a tight pack in your truck. No complaints, they have lit units and climate if you need all that. I got light and power so I can charge my phone and play my radio while being able to see where my stuff is. Satisfied customer.

I honestly can't say enough good stuff about this storage area, and the wonderful lady that runs the office (Pat)! We got our 1st storage unit about 2 years ago, and have had nothing but a great experience ever since! It was a ease moving from one unit to another when we outgrew our first one! I also have got to say I've never met a unfriendly person at Ample storage, which is a refreshing change! I highly recommend this place for all of your storage needs!!

Ample Storage here on James Jackson Ave. in Cary is a great facility. I’ve been here for a whole year now. I’ve used my storage rental for work and for rehearsing with my band. The staff here is always friendly and they maintain a nice, clean property. The manager, Pat, is very nice and is always available to answer any questions. She really goes out of her way to make sure that her tenants are taken care of. I highly recommend using their facility to anyone in the area!!

Great place for storage and Pat is always helpful and super fair to everyone, I have been here over 5 years and had ZERO issues. Property is always clean and Pat and Betty I think her name is are always available to help with a smile. Great customer service and they know you by name.

Been a customer here for 5 years. Manager Pat is awesome and so is Betty the part time assistant. I saw a bad review here and something is fishy because that person doesn't even rent here. Perhaps an under-handed competitor? Dunno. I've worked for Lexus, a leader in customer satisfaction, and Pat and Betty are doing it correctly. While the rent for my 2 units isn't free it is reasonable. I would highly recommend Ample Storage on James Jackson Avenue in Cary, NC.
