Having rented at this location for many years, we have never encountered any problems with our unit or the staff. With the new improvements to the entry gate and access control unit, any complaints we had regarding access have been resolved. Jim has always been most helpful and pleasant to do business with. We would recommend this location based on access, security, clean and dry units, and the staff.

This is a great place to store your items. I have been using them for almost 9 months with absolutely no problems! In fact, I had 5 storage units at one time. Great access, clean, and well maintained. Jim, the Manager is friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend SecureCare Self storage in Camby!

Amazing service!

I was pleasantly surprised that the unit was clean and dry since this isn't a climate controlled facility. Jim has been super helpful they the rental process and payment process. My payment date is actually 2 days before the payday that needs to cover it and informed me we could prepay those 2 days and move our payment date! Saving me late fees every month!

The storage facility is well-maintained and Jim is extremely helpful. The only negative is renting online by phone. The forms are too small to read and are frustrating. It is not possible to sign the lease in the office. If you do not have access to a computer, I wish you luck.

Easy to reserve what I needed for my storage online. I was very pleased with the call from the location on the day my rental started to make sure I had the information I need to access the facility. I rented our storage unit and the property manager Pamela Chavez was very helpful with assisting me with the unit size I needed but when I began to move stuff in I realized it was too small and she was very understanding and again assisted me with getting the proper unit size, so if you ever are in need of a storage unit go and see Pamela Chavez and she will kindly see that you are taken care of. My online experience was very confusing and frustrating!!!! The website never showed like a final "your finished" page. So I thought it kept freezing and never went through. Called customer service number and the guy was very impatient and unhelpful. Went to the facility to reserve in person, the man in the Camby, IN facility was extremely patient, kind, and helpful. Turned out, I had 4 reserved units by the time it was all said and done because of the website not working and was able to get in and out pain/headache free in 20min in person and he removed all my unnecessary unit reservations. Moral......don't do it online......

Front desk fellow was very polite and answered all questions. Hardest part was getting the agreement filled out on my phone. I guess I am old fashioned and like the paper forms.
