I have rented at many storage facilities, but this has been my best experience. Antje was friendly, thorough and helped me through the rental process with ease.

Abby was FANTASTIC! We called and spoke to someone at the toll free number who was very nice. He, however, gave us incorrect information. We needed climate controlled and he was going to assign us to non climate controlled as he had units mixed up. I asked for the local Avon, IN office number and was fortunate that Abby answered the phone. She was so sweet and so very helpful. Abby went above and beyond. She listened to what our needs were and addressed them! She even went to the units to tell us exactly how close to the doors they would be as we have a big moving truck coming. Abby went above and beyond and her customer service was absolutely stellar. Plus, she has such a kind personality. She and I immediately clicked and I told her how awesome she was! I am very grateful for Abby's help and give her 10 stars for customer service, attitude (positive), helpful, kind and friendly! Thanks Abby! More employees should emulate Abby's behavior! Thanks! Bobby welcomed me with a very pleasant personality. He never appeared to get frustrated with answering questions. When I walked in the office, he was on a call patiently talking to the customer to reassure them he will take care of their issues and not to worry. He also took good care of me. Excellent customer service!

Decent service

Storage close to home but noone on duty to check in.

Three stars overall, but five stars for manager Bobby Rogers. I lost the keys to my two units in June. For some reason, the lock was changed quickly for one unit but not the other one and it literally took until October to get the second lock drilled out. Apparently maintenance is stretched so thin that Bobby had to acquire a drill and do the lock change himself, which was both heroic (on his part) and very disappointing (that it took 3+ months and maintenance still hadn't done its part. Bobby even gave me his personal cell phone to call because it was hard to get through the corporate voice mail. Thanks, Bobby.

So far, I am satisfied with the unit. Only down side is that you are forced to buy their locks...cam locks. However, they do seem much more secure than a standard type padlock.

I've been a tenant for years. Taylor is AWESOME! Very polite and cordial. She's always there to assist you when needed. My job has a variance of hours and differs weekly, so I'm not quite sure about the gate schedule and how it will work for me...but we'll see.

Used this location to store everything after selling my home and during my remodel of my new home. No issues, storage unit was clean and Melissa was very sweet and friendly.

Friendly helpful staff with reasonable rates!

The only reason for giving a 4 star ant not a 5 is due to their Bookkeeping. I had my payment automatically withdrawn and sent by check. They would send it out 3 day prior to the 1st. There is a 7 day grace period for payments. That's 10 days. I was always getting late fees added onto my account. No other account took that long to get a check. Either they do not check their mail on a regular basis or they put it to the side. I just felt like they were adding the late fees to make some extra money. Besides that, this would be a 5 star rating. Suggest you do not pay by automatic bank withdrawal. I do understand they now have a payment option on their website. Do that instead.
