I am doing an emergency move from douglasville, and I went here looking for storage. The manager Jessica was very nice, detailed and organized. I wasn't blown away by how old the property looked at first but after looking at a couple units, it was very clean and well managed. 5 stars....

We have used multiple facilities for our business over the years and this Secure Care Storage is by far the most amazing one of them all! The secret to it is simple, the staff that's in place. Otherwise it is only a metal and concrete box to store stuff in and the same everywhere you go. It's the person or people in charge that make it or break it. Now I don't know where y'all found that Jamie of yours but she is outstanding!! I went into the office to move out due to never being able to get any help and no one answers the phone there. And if you get someone they just empty promises and hot air. That is until that gem of a Jamie took over. She is so friendly and professional and always willing to lend a hand if she happens by on her buggy and see someone needin help. Always smiling and happy and works hard keeping that place in shape. Needless to say she has reversed my prior opinion and as long as she is in charge I won't be going anywhere. The world needs more people like her. You are very lucky to have her as your employee. A diamond in the rough she is and even easy on the eyes. I will give this facility and the staff 10 out of 5 stars!!!!

Jamie was incredibly nice and helpful. She explained everything clearly, and answered all of our questions.

Customer service was excellent everybody at the storage place was very nice very helpful the only problem I have is there's no lights at night it's completely dark other than that I love it it's a great place and the people are awesome

Jamie the new manager there has been a pleasure to deal with and is constantly on the premises doing some type of work or maintenance after hours.They have helped me on numerous times where my dog jumped out the car or I lost my keys to my lock what ever it may be they have been more than eager to help or lend a hand I would highly recommend this storage facility to my family and friends

It’s been a pleasant experience Hailey has genuine concern when it’s comes to your belongings and is super understanding when I’m late but give her a date that I’ll be in she has been a pleasure to deal with and I’ve had three units there for over a year condensed down to one large unit now but overall I would recommend secure self storage to my family and friends Jody

Ms. Shelly help me out with my storage fees , my things was getting ready to be up for auction in the meantime I was trying to raise the money to pay my storage fees. Ms. Shelly took off some of the fees and I was able to save my things for being auction off. Thank you so much Ms. Shelly you are an Angel, what you did for me was truly a blessing.

This is one of the best run self-storage places I have every used. The staff is friendly and even the corporate office staff has been a joy to interact with. I don't see anyone regretting using them for there storage or uhaul needs they are great!

Stockbridge storage is a great place to store all your belongings with security in mind. I have been with them for the past 7 months and I have not had any issues with management. They have climate controlled storage to keep your belongings safe and not Molded.

I have been with Self Storage for about 5 years and I have never had any issues with them. Their prices are reasonable, the employees are super nice and I can always get in and out of the storage area without any problems. (Gate being blocked by parked cars etc.) I would highly recommend them.

I am elated that I followed my inner voice and called Stockbridge Self Storage, after I spotted their number on a sign at the light near the DQ. I called immediately, and minutes later, I found myself in Ms. Lynn Heikell's office. I observed as she served a customer ahead of me. Her manner was superior. When she got to me, I was extended the same phenomenal service. Smiling inside, I was grateful in the midst of a beautiful day. The location was near my home. The move-in special topped the charts. The mattress covers were less than competing companies. I can hardly wait to return for my U-Haul vehicle. Indeed, I will definitely recommend Ms. Heikell and her business to my family and friends!
