My wife and I expressed our concerns about the gate and the inadequately tall fence, which had been ongoing issues that the previous manager did not address seriously. We appreciate how attentively she listened to our complaints and took them to heart. It’s refreshing to see a manager who genuinely cares about the safety and satisfaction of her customers. While I must rate the facility 3 stars until I see the necessary changes implemented. I just had to make it my business today and leave the property manager Danielle an outstanding review. Danielle goes above and beyond her expectations just to meet the customers needs. Her attitude and customer service never ceases to amaze me. She makes sure she goes over everything with you stating the details and regulations and gives you options of your choice…I was able to rent two units less than $150 and I have guaranteed protection and weather climate controlled units because their inside. Thanks so much sweet heart I hope they notice your hard work and dedication and provide you with more great rewards.

I have been renting a unit at this location for about five years now. They keep the grounds clean. Access is easy. Out of the years renting I don’t recall but one time when the entrance/exit gate wasn’t working but it was fixed quickly. Looking forward to the same and more from the new property manager Danielle.

Danielle is who has helped me from day one (now I think 3 years ago) and she is always making sure I am on point with my unit and payments. Keyshon has made my decision to use this particular Storage facility the reason why! Keyshon was very available, informative, Kind, patient, and Possesses the ability to multitask. It has been a seem less process moving into this facility thus far. Very clean, secure and very well managed. I do suggest if you have a drive up unit to use some spray for spiders because they will make a appearance, however if you don’t see them spray anyway. So they don’t come to live amongst your belongings. Just a suggestion.

I absolutely LOVE Tara, who's typically the one there. She is without exception personable, professional and knowledgeable. Some of the other staff who occasionally fill in...well, not as knowledgeable and/or as customer service-oriented. The facility is nice, though it took FOREVER to get the gate system replaced after a lightning storm this past fall, and our secure, climate-controlled building (B) is sometimes a little TOO secure...in that the door sometimes doesn't unlock using the very same code I just used for the gate. It's frustrating when you consider I live two stories up without elevator and have a total knee replacement that hasn't healed well. And to be driving around with stuff obviously in the car in these instances is just asking to have my car broken into. I would appreciate the owners dealing with faulty systems a bit more quickly. Otherwise, great place and convenient to our residence.

My experience with SECURE CARE STORAGE came about after the loss of our son, who used the facility to stored his personal property. It was a blessing for us that "TARA", the store's represenative responded to our needs with such a caring spirit for our hearts were still filled with grief. She worked faithfully with her regional manager towards a resolution where this painstakingly task would not place further heartache on us as we worked to vacate the unit. Often times younger people in the public work arenas don't display savvy and professional work skills. Ms Tara raised the bar and for that, my experience with SECURECARE STORAGE went beyond my expectations. Thank you Tara...much success to you in all of your future endeavors. Peace
