For the most part the facility is good. Always had great customer service with both Troy and Leo great guys at work and by heart.

My family and I rent a few storage units here , the place is kept nice! The prices are good, and the customer service is amazing! Leo provided exceptional assistance to my Spanish-speaking father. These guys are great! The manager “Troy” was really helpful in my moving process. They were extremely patient with me and was able give me tips on making sure my storage was safe and secure. During my moving day at the lot it was extremely hot weather they provided me with fresh water! Very genuine people who care! I recommend SecurStorage to anyone looking for a good deal and great customer service.

It was quik easy to set up over phone, and even quicker onsite finalizing . The unit costs were better than most places I talked to the only thing I didn't like and should be chaged is the ability to change reservation in person that u. Made online. . I was considering getting a larger unit,but I couldn't keep the free 1st month that only online can offer. Onsite person was kind, and informative .I think the corporate folks should offer the onsite people abobus for every unit they can up sell. I would have takin a larger unit for more money if I could keep free 1st month. I would recomendt anyone to do business there

Amazing customer service! The unit was clean when I moved my thing in and haven’t had an issues. Affordable and easy to come and go as needed.

Let's start with the positive, Tory and Taylor were great. The process to sign up and checkout was quick. I really appreciated their friendliness. I also appreciate the fact they have a gate and a code must be entered to enter and exit the storage facilities area. Now for the negatives, the primary negative is that the facility currently doesn't have any carts or dollies to load your things onto for transport from your vehicle to your unit so you will need to bring your own. The other negative is that the doorway to the indoor storage units is not wheelchair accessible. As such, if you are wheelchair bound or have a cart or dolly you will need to lift it up nearly a foot high step to enter the building.

Very fair pricing, well kept and maintained storage for anything small to significant. I recommend because personally Troy who works here has a unapologetic personality aimed towards making you comfortable through the process of getting quoted to finalizing your storage needs. Great with people and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend.

I'm a wheelchair user and while I could grouch about their ramp being a bit difficult to get up... I never actually went into the office, as their employee came out to meet me and was super friendly. Storage unit was as expected and easily accessed.

I’m new to the self-storage world, but everything was as I expected. The staff (Yolanda, in particular) was very attentive and patient with my questions. The grounds are well-kept, and the security seems OK, so far. I have no complaints and more than a couple compliments.

This storage facility has some of the nicest, friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever encountered at a storage place. Both renting and vacating our unit was very easy, as was the automatic billing. If there was any sort of issue, they called me and always solved the problem professionally and quickly. I definitely recommend them!

Friendly understanding

I've rented at a lot of storage facilities around town and this one is the best for my needs. The personnel are friendly and efficient and keep the place looking nice. The prices are reasonable, and when they had trouble with the gate, they didn't try to fix it, they put in a brand new one . That's why I'm staying.

The church usees this facility I just went to help, we had alittle issue regarding payment but it was resolved and someone came to let us in. Everything was dry so all was good.

This is a different type of storage to me it is more a place I feel that I can trust my belongings and I know that the managers are going to do their best to take care of things as long as Patricia is there and running things she's going to make sure everything is great for you and your stuff shout out to them for not having no attitude in the last couple of years that I've been with these guys love them for their patience and support
