The facility manager Troy has done an exceptional job in his short stint at this location with its maintenance, upkeep, and appearance. In addition, he's very interactive and engaging with the customers on the property. This is an anomaly within today's self-storage market.

Great place no problems the manager troy was friendly and very helpful.

Troy is by far the one of the greatest. I moved here alone and accidentally moved all my belongings in the wrong unit. Knowing this Troy rallied a friend and did this all for me, I never had to lift a finger. Major thank you Troy.

I'm just over excited that we have a new property manager that is making phenomenal changes to the place. I meet Tory our new property manager and just fell in love with him, he has improved this place over night. I was on the the urge of moving out and his improvements has did a 360 on me. Go Tory I'm so happy your here and now I feel so comfortable and safe having a unit there.

This is an awesome facility. It's clean, secure, well maintained and the staff are friendly. No wonder there was a waiting list to get the unit I wanted. But I assure you, it's worth the wait.

I have never experienced such AMAZING customer service. Kisha was incredibly caring, compassionate, and helpful. She literally went above beyond to accommodate me. She even walked the property with me to assess storage units, called other storage locations, & didn't rush me to name a few of the awesome situations that took place that day! I honestly was blown away by the whole experience. I may or may not need a storage unit once my 7 day reservation comes to an end but everything in me wants to get one just because I know I'll be in great hands. Kisha you made my day after finding out that I would have to make an emergency move from the house I'm renting due to plumbing issues - Your spirit is one of a kind and I know is definitely touching people....because it touched me! Thank you so much for being you!

Kisha is the best! We reserved a locker online and rolled up in our moving truck and she took care of us. Just as we were finishing unloading the truck into the locker, she came over and let us know there was another locker that just became available next to ours, and we didn't feel like squishing everything into just the one, so we got it as well. Fast forward 4 months. We found a place to live and packed everything up. She was very helpful in the checkout process and made sure we were taken care of and that our auto-pay was un-enrolled so we wouldn't accidentally get billed. She is so nice, helpful, cheerful, and welcoming. It was a wonderful experience for us. If we end up needing another locker, this location, and to her is where we will turn. Thanks so much!

Great place! Used to manage this location and wish I could come back. Quiet property. Well kept. Not too much that goes on. The other bad reviews on here must have not gotten their way with something and went to leave a bad review. Go figure.
