Very easy and convenient! Simple registration online and steps to move in. The owner even called me the day of moving in to make sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this place to store your belongings. It is also very budget friendly

I kept a storage unit here for a few years. The office keeps an eye on things (one time my sister put my lock on wrong, and they called me right away to fix it!) Staff was always kind and patient if I forgot a payment or was late paying. Definitely recommend. It was easy to set up online. When we moved our items out, they noticed our lock gone, and called right away to see what was up. They canceled our contract once they heard back, easy peasy! I spoke to Tanner who asked for a review, he is awesome and probably deserves a raise, thank you! I will be happy to return if I ever have a future storage need. 5 stars!

I've been renting from Secure Care (on Chapel Hills) for a year and a half now and have had zero issues that were not very quickly resolved and always to my total satisfaction. They worked with completely one month when I had a financial issue and had a hard time getting my rent in on time and I have felt total secure that my belongings are completely safe. Amanda is an AMAZING manager and person. Every month when I call she know exactly who I am without me telling her she knows my unit, she always asks how I'm doing and asks about my family (that she remembers names) she treats you as more than just a customer and makes you feel very comfortable. I hope secure care knows what a wonderful manager they have taking care of their customers and she don't ever leave.🙂

We have been renting with SecurCare Self Storage since 1994 and have always found it to be very clean and safe. The customer care and attention to our needs is exceptional. I have used other storage facilities before and none has been as cost effective and secure. In fact I have been able to move up in the number of square feet that I rent several times to meet our growing storage needs and I was able to do it at discounted prices. Easy drive up access but no one was in the office when I had trouble at the keypad. I was provided the wrong keypad instructions:( Another customer helped us troubleshoot the problem.

I have had a unit there for 9 years now. I had to take a job transfer across country leaving things that were very dear to me but unable to make the trip. This is the second owner and Amanda, the manager has been the best! When I have spoken with her she has been very reassuring that all is secure at the facility! I would 100% recommend this place if storage is needed!
