Upon arrival,parking is a little tight in front of office, so you might need to park on street. Greeted at the door with smiles, simple, fast process and appreciate how they really try to give you the best deal. Any promotions or discounts they apply it so your first month isn't so costly. The layout of the units in rows giving you a lot of space in between. Leaving feeling good about SecurCare Self Storage, Thank you for your excellent customer service.

I need a storage for my business so I called and even went to see some units at different places but when I talk to Tom and met with him I knew secre storage was the place even though Tom was very friendly nice guy it was the serious approach to company polices and security for all of the customers that made the decision to rent here I have a lot of company equipment here and I know that with Tom here my stuff is safe I would recommend this secure care storage facility to anybody / everybody the only thing I would change is my unit for a larger one thanks secure care

Was pleasantly surprised that they have someone on site and when I called the number he answered right away and came straight to the office while he was out cleaning storage units! He fully explained all the sizes and showed me different sized units…

I secured a unit online. It was easy, fast, and convenient. Best price in town. Went into the office and the gentleman was so kind. He was knowledgeable and most of all funny and nice. Very nice and secure place your items

The manager is a great guy always looking out for his customers. Always keeping his customers up to date on getting theirs payments in on time. Very clean place at all times, plus makes sure they spray for any bugs and spiders. Makes you feel welcome anytime you need to go into your storage. The lighting around the complex is great as well as the video surveillance he has throughout. Gives a customer piece of mind knowing that their items are well kept... *** So Tom you can never leave your store... 👍

This is a clean well up kept storage facility. From what I could see from the out side. I don't have anything stored there, but drive by it daily.

Nice little place

The manager, Tom, is all about great service. The door spring wore out a few days after we rented our unit and he helped us get it opened then had it replaced immediately. He is always kind and helpful. The units are clean and well maintained.

Rates beat all other storages

When I first called Securcare at this location, my call got forwarded to their call office and Rhonda helped answer all the questions I have. It's pretty awesome that you can reach someone in their company even if no one is at the front desk at the moment. Their pricing is fair and not overpriced like other places I called. I called back to reserve my storage space and talked to Tom, the manager. He's super friendly and personable, provided great customer service, and offered me a better deal than what the call office offered me. I drove there to do my paperwork, Tom opened the door and greeted me by my name before I even walked out of my car. The process was quick and easy. The storage spot is easily accessible, no second floors. You park your car right in front of your storage spot and unload easily. Definitely recommend Securcare Storage in Yucaipa to everyone looking for a facility to store their things!
