We have used this facility several times over the last few years. There are times I just need a little extra storage! The units have always been clean. I have used the climate controlled units twice and the entire building has always clean and cool during the hot summer months. I would highly recommend using this storage facility! VERY good customer service! The location is convenient too :-) I've never had a problem with SecurCare or the company who owned the facility before them. THANK YOU!! You've been very helpful to me in the past and I will definitely come back if I need storage again!

The facility was nice and well maintained. Everything was very secure and the gate worked very well. My only complaint is that dirt got into the unit very easily. Otherwise, great storage.

However being long time customers there I feel it is very unfair that everytime this company changes hands they increase the rent even for people that have been there many years. I'm getting my stuff out this month because 9 yrs ago I was paying 119.00 a month now I'm paying 161.00 it's ridiculous hate the new company love the people

Very clean facility. Manager is upfront, honest and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the operation of the facility. I was given false information at other storage facilities. I don't care WHAT your rules and prices are, tell me up front and let me decide. Don't rent me the space and spring hidden fees on me later… Metro storage makes me feel safe and secure. I know what I am goin into end that is important to me. Yes, it does cost a little more, but truth in the words, you get what you pay for.

Miranda was amazing! I stopped in on my lunch break on Friday 3/20/20. I have only been in Plainview for almost 4 months but recently lost my job & had to move during the global pandemic. She was so helpful, giving lots of options for me. I told her I'd stop by or call to put on hold. Well, the next day I had to go get some things so I stopped in to find it closed. I called and found out corporate closed them because of the virus. I started to panic (I was already stressed from being jobless and homeless) but Miranda went above and beyond. She rented my unit over the phone, walked me thru every step, put my welcome kit to sign in the unit. She is amazing! I was so scared I wouldn't have a place for my things.
