Robert was very sweet and kind and a really good listener. I told him about the payment when I was there and my card was charged twice and should have only been 1 charge. But I was behind anyway so it worked out. But he only shows 1 payment on my account even though my account was charged twice. He said not to worry and he will talk to his manager. I just hope and pray that my account gets current with my making 2 payments. He assured me that everything would be ok. Thank you again for your kindness. Michele is incredible. We rented a storage unit, bought packing supplies, rented a U-Haul truck and even a lock! Super friendly and extremely efficient. She is great!

So I have just completed another chapter in my long association with SecurCare @1909 W Loop in Longview and it was a good experience. Michelle was most helpful as usual and got me lined out on what I needed to do on short notice. As she was going to be out of the office on the day was going to come by she got me lined out with Mona at the location up the road. Mona was great and got me signed up for another unit. As a result we were able to move to move items into the new unit that very day. As I was coming from out of town this worked out perfect. Thanks SecurCare for being a home away from home.

If you are in the market for a short-term storage solution (<18 months), I highly recommend this location. Michele and Warren were always amicable, answered every question I had, and exemplified a spirit of customer service. The facility itself is in great condition with the proper security measures in place and moving equipment available for peace of mind and convenience. The staff regularly maintains a clean and clear environment. The price point for all of the above is very competitive if you are just needing a short-term storage solution (<18 months). The reason this review is not 5 stars is because people looking for a long-term storage solution (>18 months) here will potentially end up paying a considerable premium for it. Securcare Self Storage itself is just one of the storage companies in the NSA Brands family, which is an estate investment trust comprised of 12 self storage brands. This means Securcare Self Storage is part of a publicly traded entity whose primary concern is reasonable returns for its investors. The corporate directives to drive profit hinder the ability of the individuals operating the branches themselves to limit rate increases for the benefit of their customers. While an increase of 5-15% a year, depending on factors that influence overhead, seems reasonable, I was paying 73% over the starting rate after approximately 4 years. Michele, who operates this branch, worked as much as she could, with the authority available to her, to find a reasonable solution to rectify my situation, but unfortunately, I ultimately chose an alternative solution that better fit within my financial situation. In summary, I highly recommend this location for individuals looking for a short-term storage solution (<18 months) on the bases of customer service, condition, security, and convenience of the facility, and the starting rate, and I leave a word of financial caution for renters seeking a longer-term storage solution.

Our company has had a unit at SecureCare for a little over 3 years now. They have always been very easy to work with and suited our needs to a tee. We are moving the contents of the unit to a facility in Lindale which is much closer to where we all live now. Melissa has been a great help to us in facilitating our move. We couldn’t ask for a nicer, friendlier person to deal with! 5 star service all the way!!

Overall the SecurCare Storage facility in north Longview is a good place to store whatever you need to store. It is climate controlled. Michele made it easy to get signed up and accommodate us with a good space that met our needs. It's easy to get in and out of the storage area and there are usually several carts available to help you move your belongings to your unit.

Michelle was great she took the time to get me set up and showed me the unit I needed. She was very prompt and amazingly helpful.

Great experience from start to finish. Front desk personel was amazing and sooo helpful. A+++ Not always easy buying a storage locker at auction but this facility made it a fun and memorable time.

Storage rooms are nice, but in my opinion it is way over priced. It is climate controlled, but it is still super warm in the units.

Office manager is always informative and willing to help! Very clean and knowledgeable!!!

Staff there is awesome! Ms Janice is the sweetest, very professional and takes good care of the facility. I don't know about the other facilities, but the one on the Loop is top-notch.

Very easy to work with and personable staff. They will give you a courtesy call if you forget to pay. The auto pay was easy to cancel and set up as well.

Only rented a storage unit for 2 months due to me switching apartments but the customer service from Janice was awesome! She answered every question I had, helped me during the process of renting a uhaul twice and save me money on getting a smaller unit for my things. Granted, this was my very first time renting a storage unit btw so at first I picked a unit online that was too big! Overall very helpful from start to finish! My things were safe and no signs of critters or anything roaming around. Will come back if I ever need to rent a storage unit again and already told friends of mines how great of an experience I had here! Thanks for your help Janice, it was greatly appreciated!

Securcare Self Storage is a great choice! The manager Janice is friendly and very welcoming which was nice especially after a long moving process. This storage facility is huge, climate-control, clean, well-lighted, organized and customer service oriented. Its easily accessible as you can load in the front or the side at the drive-thru which was huge. The halls within the facility are wide enough to move things to. The units are clean and well lighted. Janice let me know I could transfer units when I told her I was moving things into my place but would leave behind two big items. Well, the month went by fast, and I forgot, lol. Well, when I was paying my bill, she remembered I moved out and reminded me again about the transfers. I’m glad she did as it helped me reduce my future rent payments especially since I didn’t need the space, lol. Thanks Janice! They really help the customers here when they can. I feel my things are safe & secure in friendly hands!

I have been renting at this facility since August 1, 2012 and have always been very pleased. At that time, the name was Just Store It and Judy Tidwell was the office manager. Janice has seamlessly bridged the transition with her professionalism and kindness. She is always very polite and thoroughly answers every question. I have never had to call back and ask her to redo or correct a transaction. It is a pleasure to recommend SecurCare Self Storage to my clients because the building is always very clean and the climate controlled units are a must due to our East Texas weather.

This place was awesome. They do rounds, call you when your lock has not been locked properly. Ms. Janice is so nice and I appreciate this company. I finally was able to move my things out of storage after 3 years!! My things held up wonderful, couch, recliner, table and chairs. No issues! Janice was extremely helpful from the initial storage unit rental to closing out the account. On a hot Texas day she provided cold bottled water several times to our movers and myself during the loading of the trucks. Highly recommend this extremely clean and well conditioned storage facility..

We had two units here during our move. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We really took advantage of the ability to back our vehicles into the facility to load and unload in all types of weather. The climate controlled units were very clean and well maintained. We wouldn't hesitate to use their services again if needed.

Normally I don't write reviews, but after the excellent customer service I received from the manager I just had to give her a review... She was excellent at multi-tasking because of course when I walked in phones started rining and people starting coming in.... she maintained a smile while she helped us all and we were in and out quickly. The appearance of the office was clean and professional and the premises and storage units were so clean. Ive used storage units before and they had carb webs and were extremely dusty with trash in them she exceeded all of my expectations even with helping me determine the size unit I needed. I would recommend the longview location next to shogun off loop 281 to anyone. I truly do appreciate your patience and kindness and ability to help me smile durning the hectic time of moving around the holidays..
