We won an auction for a unit at this location. Courtney was super helpful and accommodating while we cleaned out the unit. From what I saw, the place is super clean and free of trash throughout the entire property. The gate was working properly and seemed well maintained. The buildings are modern, doors in good repair, with visible security cameras throughout, and a manager on property. If I were in the market for a unit, I would definitely put this facility high on my list of places to consider.

LOVE THE NEW MANAGEMENT!!! Heather is so polite, easy going, & knowledgeable. She made it so simple for me to transfer from one unit to another. Not to mention that it is kept clean, organized, and looks brand new. She is good at her job. Service is wonderful!!!

Easy highway access- easy on and off and easy access in and out. Safe locking gates cameras and great staff. Helpful, friendly and drama free. 2 different types locks--Have done business with them several times in the past & they have had excellent move in specials. If it had more stars I would give them more stars🌟 ⭐ 💫

UPDATE: The construction 🚧 crews are coordinating passage and storage facility entrance. *************end of 12.14.21 update******* I stopped by to inquire about storage recently and Heather was a giant help. She stayed late, answered all my questions and was very professional. They recently changed names but the owners state they won't be making drastic changes. Ive rented several units in the past -- they have different options. NOTE: access to the storage facility itself is challenging right now -- it is located on a 1-way street [in a construction zone] but very easy highway access. Just be sure you enter one way via Bobtown off I-30. You cannot enter via Rosehill. It is impassable & 1-way. MASSIVE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT UNDERWAY....

I am extremely pleased with my choice of self storages. I was very happy with the way I was treated and helped all the way through the experience. I have been renting there now for over 6 months and have even changed to another unit and they made the change almost effortless. (Aside from actually moving my things) Lol. Anyway this is John Black and I'm a happy customer and intend on being so for quite some time I would recommend them highly

Storage Plus of Garland is an A+ facility. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The facility is clean, reasonably priced, and in a great location. I highly recommend Storage Plus if you have a need for storage.

I had a storage building rented out here since the tornadoes that came through Garland in 2016, the staff was always friendly and really good prices on units. Helped with any needs that I had and was courteous. I recommend if your looking for a clean a well kept storage for you goods, go here!!!

Ownership has changed, prices kind of high. Renters are no longer allowed to use trash cans. Will get fined if you do.

I've had a unit here for a year now and never had a problem. The area is safe and secure. The only complaint I have is that although I pay of a climate controlled unit, they don't exactly keep the units comfortable. Not sure what temperature they claim to keep the units at, but if you go there during the day, just know your shirt is going to be soaking wet before you finish. I'm not so sure it's worth the extra money. In addition, although they have lighting in the hallways, you won't be able to see inside your unit unless you bring your own light. No frills!
