Buffy helped me fix my rental agreement due to a complication brought on by my computer. Once we fixed the rental agreement, Buffy walked us down to our unit and explained about the lock, security, and gate operation.

Having been using this storage facility since October of 2018 and have had a generally good experience, despite recent price increases. A woman in the main office (can't recall a name) was helpful and kind when the gate refused to open one day last summer. They have plenty of rodent traps around the area to keep rodents away from your belongings, although one seemed to have found its way into my stuff regardless. But, the units are not air right or climate controlled, so that's something you expect might happen. Despite people using the dumpster area as a dumping ground, the area as a whole is kept relatively clean. I did see a bunch of cop cars there last summer, although I have no idea what that was about. Reading the other reviews, it seems break-ins do happen, but I've been lucky so far. More cameras would be helpful, as I believe there is only the 1 by the gate at the moment. My biggest gripe is that nearly every time I go, I end up picking up a half dozen to a dozen screws, nails, etc off the ground that have been scattered across the driveway between the units, almost as though it is intentional. Fortunately I've avoided getting one in my tire at this point, but I know my luck will run out eventually. Having a maintenance crew regularly sweep the around the area would be helpful as well. The attached photos are just from my last couple of trips.

I had a great experience, the manager there I am sorry I am blanking on the name but she was great she was such a help and made everything super easy and straightforward. I went to two other storage facilities over the past month and both of them were super rude. Decided to try Super care self storage I was thoroughly impressed. I would recommend super care self storage to anybody!!!!

Beverly was incredibly helpful! I was eager to find a space for a decent price when it seemed like all the storage units College Station were full. She made calls and did her best to make sure a unit could fit my belongings and I had all the correct information.

Beverly was fantastic!!! I went in looking for a space, there was not one available but she had my info on a sticky and within 24 hours she contacted me and had a new space...she had excellent follow up and was so friendly and helpful!!!

Reserved a space online (after-hours). Was promptly contacted next day during business hours. Secured space. Office help was great.

I wish I had noticed about the hours. Not sure if all the similar facilities in the area are the same. But it's definitely something I'm not used to. Closed after 10 pm. I have never been restricted access to my storage in the past. Otherwise everything else is good.

While I had a frustrating experience with renting a unit online (messed up gate codes), the manager Beverly helped me sort things out incredibly quickly when the office opened. Not to mention she went above and beyond to help us when she is not our main front office where we were leasing (at the other location) Thanks Beverly!

The best experience I have ever had when renting a storage unit. Beverly and Buffy are incredible and do their job very well. They were always ready and available to help me rent a unit or ask a question. I was always met with a smile and kindness. This facility is very clean and I had total access to my unit whenever I needed it. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs a rental storage.

Convenient, friendly and quick. Set up my unit over the phone and went in to sign the paperwork and get my code . Had a unit that was just what I needed(climate controlled ).

It’s not terrible, but it’s not really great either… I have a very hard time getting people to answer the phone… And sometimes they leave during their scheduled hours… So that’s a little frustrating… But other than that it’s a cool place… (considering I have an inside unit) I do however wish I did not see dead roaches and bugs all over the floor outside of my storage unit

Reasonable prices IT SEEMS... but then when you are done and empty your unit it doesn't matter that you just paid a full month's rent on that unit a few days before there is no prorated refund! You pay for the full month no matter when you move out! When we questioned this the manager said "that's how we do it". And that was that! It felt like we have your money and we aren't giving any of it back! It doesn't matter what is right or fair. We win because "that's how we do it." I would suggest finding somwhere else. I gave 3 stars because we didn't have a problem with the facility itself just this insane policy when we left. We have used several other storage facilities and we have never had this issue. The last month has always been prorated like the first month.

Made a reservation online a few minutes before I walked in, and got the advertised rate with 1st month free. Also one of the best prices for the size of the unit I needed. Contacts are month to month. Would definitely recommend SecurCare.

I've had the best experience ever. I had 2 cars parked at location And I was kept updated when the car covers were blown off the cars. Just look for Amanda Crow the general manager. I was given the best deal in the whole College Station area.
