Stayed here for ~2 years. Before it was something else. Rate increased to ~$100 when I started @ ~$80. I had a 10x10. I guess Amarillo had a major dust storm during my vacation. But that's the only complaint. Some daddy long leg infestation expected. Small mice is evident. Overall, my stuff was held.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful, sweet and kind. The unit was clean the area felt secure.

Last night I went onto the storage website to see the prices. The prices for the different sizes were clear and easy to understand. Today, I went to see the storage unit to gauge the size and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was done within just 10 minutes with a storage unit at a good price. I recommend that anyone who is in need of a storage unit and wants to save money rent one from here while they’re still some left.

We have had a small storage unit for about and year and a half. It has an outside door which lends itself to collecting a lot of dust, as I am sure you know. Sergio Malave let me know that there were some units the same size as ours with the door facing an inside hallway. He told me that the unit was actually costs a little less than what I already was paying and that I could get the first month free. Since I had just made my payment for another month, I received a check for that amount a few days ago. Sergio is always very helpful and his customer service is excellent. If I owned a business I would hire him in a "New York" minute. You are very fortunate to have him on your staff. Sincerely, Stan Moore

The staff was SO friendly, helpful, and accommodating! They obviously take pride in their work. The site was so clean, I was impressed! Also, the facilities were in perfect working condition - unlike others that have jammed/dented doors, locks that are sketchy, etc. I will continue to store my items here, and I have already recommended Extra Space Storage to friends and family.

Very professional service members, clean office restrooms. However the units need to be sealed better as snow and dust both blow in and cover the contents of your unit. We have had four units of different sizes and locations within this facility and have had the same issues with all.

I recently sold my home and will be moving out of state. After checking with this and other facliities, I choose Another Attic. The climate controlled unit was perfect for me, since I will be storing my furniture for 6 months before making my move. The staff was extremely helpful and very polite.
