Since renting a storage unit I haven't had an experience like I have with Sheila. She is always helping, working on the property, I don't think I've ever seen anyone work as hard as she does. Keep up the good work!!

I have been using this company for years! But the best part is the employees. Sheila and April are aweso.e and go beyond their job description to satisfy the customers, and they are super friendly, and their words are trustworthy, and personally, I think they need a pay raise! Lol! I wouldn't go anywhere else to store my things.

Great storage unit. Plenty of space and affordable. The property manager April is always so helpful and accommodating. Recently needed to transfer units, and she walked us through the process over the phone. Very knowledgeable and patient with us. Great unit!

I have not been here in over a year to check on my storage but know my unit and contents are in great care with April as the Property Manager. She is compassionate and showed accountability when we realized I was being charged for insurance coverage when I have my own policy still on file! I understand it's best to have secondary coverage however with the tightening of the economy, I'm happy she found a way to reduce my bill. April also explained the updated policy changes in detail to help me understand my billing and was able to assist me with other account updates needed. Wonderful customer service experience. Robert and Krista are a great help. They answer all my questions immediately. They know their units' capacity, which is a big help. There are products readily available to purchase, like the mattress covers. They are personable and approachable. I highly recommend working with Robert or Krista.

The Manager is wonderful had no problems with her..but apparently..the company has no concern that the property is by no means secure. False advertisement and manager is not at fault its out of her control..if you advertise security then make sure its secure.
