Renting the storage unit was simple and easy. The friendly manager was helpful and professional as he explained the details and presented the space. The unit was clean and dry with no smells or other residue with a roll up door that was easy open. My thanks to him for his courtesy. Very satisfied and would recommend highly.

I think secure self-care storage in Rock Hill is a wonderful place to keep your storage and has wonderful convenience of great communication to help people make strides in the right direction and organize their overflow of abundance when it does not fit into the house and will work with you to achieve a greater lifestyle where you can find what you need and know where it is at and it is taken care of and also has a climate control and 24 h o u r access so you can get to your specialty items anytime you want and they will not melt or freeze. I would give this facility a five-star review my name is Karen Meyer and I live 5 minutes from the best storage unit in the world!

We were looking for a storage facility in York County South Carolina and were calling from California to see if any could accommodate a Big Rig truck for easy unloading. When we fist spoke to Christie from SecurCare Self Storage we found a winner. She made sure to give us a unit with easy unloading for the truck and her gracious Southern Hospitality every step of the way took any stress from moving out of the way. The units were very clean and one of the lowest rates per month we called on. Upon moving out one of the caretakers even helped me clean out the unit. I would highly recommended SecurCare Self Storage.

I went into the Store there at Securcare self storage in Rock Hill SC and spoke with the manager Christy Whetstine. Was checking on rental space pricing and bought some packaging supplies. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. Her personality was very pleasant and bubbly. She has to be a asset to your company! I hope to do business with this young lady soon.

It was a pleasure to do business with Christie. She is sharp and very efficient, not to mention very pleasant. When we needed a second unit on our moving day, she immediately located the closest one to our truck to minimize the distance. I would highly recommend this storage unit.

Christy was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Facilities seem well maintained and they rent for a reasonable price.

We have been doing business with Securecare for three (3) years in Rock Hill. We have had no problems and our inside stuff is always kept with climate controls. We feel confident and secure with having our good furniture in storage with them. AutoPay monthly Bank Draft works without a hitch. Store manager, Ms. Carolee in very professional, friendly and aims to please. Area Manager, Mr. Colby has always went out of his way to help the customers. We like this storage company.

I've been storing there since December 2011 for business inventory. Always have the charges taken out as specified. They put packages in my bin for me and usually call me when I get something in. I'm happy with them. Never had any issue with the people who work there.
