Nice clean facility and very safe for women to go to. Very well lit at nite, great place to rent a storage unit. I’ve rented outdoor storage and climate controlled both are awesome there!!would definetly rent from Parker again!!!

Mark is the bomb!!! That’s all there is to it. The animal rescue I help run rents two units and Mark has always, always been attentive and helpful, above and beyond. He even connected a customer that was looking to donate some old linens with me! My husband and I were recently looking for a short term solution for our camper until we sold it, as well as finding a temporary spot for our new one. Again, Mark came through. He is always so friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t want to use any other property simply because of the customer service he provides. It is so nice to walk in the office and be called by name- details like that are truly what set businesses apart . The property is always clean and I feel confident that all of our units are safe . He is what makes this CUBE Smart a place that we want to do business with - no doubt.

Have storage unit,spacious, affordable

My father had 2 storage units at this facility For 7 years. When the time came for us to let the storage rooms go the manager Mark was amazing he walked us through every step he replace locks he fixed entry codes that would change. If I ever needed a storage in Charleston this is the place because of the customer service!

Mark and Patricia are the reason I choose to do business with CubeSmart. They made the entire process simple and easy. Mark took the time to explain the options to me. He wasn’t pushy, he was honest and helped me make the best decision. The second time I went in I spoke with Pat. She was wonderful as well. Whenever I need storage solutions, this is the location I will be going to.

A few months ago I needed a storage unit for our dog rescue supplies. I stopped by and Mark was so helpful. I told him about the rescue and he suggested a certain unit that was easy for everyone to access . A few days ago I stopped in because I needed a smaller climate controlled unit in addition to the one we already rent. Not only did he remember me but he asked how the storage unit was working for our purpose and he suggested one that was very close to our other unit, just for the convenience for our volunteers. He was so helpful and I thought it was great that he was thinking of our needs when he was showing me available units. Mark is always friendly and pleasant during any interaction I have with him . In addition, the property is well kept and clean . I definitely recommend this particular facility. Thank you Mark for all of your help !

I needed a storage unit last minute and was not able to be helped by closer locations from other companies so I went a little further from my location and thank god I found this place. Steve was immediately very hospitable and took the time to walk me to different size storage units on the premises that could possibly fit my storage needs. After we found the one that fit me Steve took the time to thoroughly explain and fill out the paper work with a speedy finish.
