Today we had found a great deal online for a self storage, however we ended up going to the wrong location. Turns out this location was a lot closer and my son had used them before and loved it. The only thing was that the price was out of my price range. Well Tom Roberts went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Several phone calls later, he made it happen. It was his lunch time but he helped us through it! On top of it all I had forgot to get my change, Tom rushed outside and made sure I got it. Highly recommend secure self storage because of the way Tom went above and beyond!

Steven helped me on Saturday 4/16/17 and he was professional and quick and very courteous. He took the time to show me the unit to make sure it was the right size even if it meant that I'd need a smaller one...which i didn't but he didn't over sell me. He also made sure my gate code worked and good thing too because it didn't so he fixed it right away to avoid problems when i came to unload our rental truck later. Makes storing easy and efficient

We have used the Storage Station to keep our van in a safer place and we have also used a 5 x 5 unit. The manager is very kind. The unit we used was indoors. Very convenient garage doors with access code. They provide carts that make loading and unloading your belongings very quick and easy especially if you have heavy items.
