I have always had a great experience at this SecurCare location. The staff is very easy to talk to, very friendly, and they have great customer service! Kassie was super helpful when we had to upgrade our unit. Even through this heat she had no problem showing us any available unit we wanted to view.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Cassie at the Skelly location. She was pleasant, upbeat and professional. The unit I purchased required a return trip the following day. Upon my return, and after renting a flatbed truck to haul my remaining items, I realized I had left my padlock key in my car at the truck rental facility about 12 miles away. I explained to Cassie the rookie mistake I had made and was fully prepared to backtrack and retrieve my padlock key. Instead, Cassie used the bolt cutters and got me immediate access to the unit, saving me time and money on gas. She went above and beyond her duty to make my day easier.. Bravo Cassie on a job well done! And bravo secure care, for hiring and keeping such an outstanding and caring person/employee!

Been using 3 years now

We have been storing here since March 2021, and we absolutely love it. We love Rachel, the new attendant, who started after Annie moved to Colorado. If we have a problem she takes care of us. My only complaint is with the main office, who will only speak to my husband, not me, unless he calls and gives permission every time. Also their late and lock out policy is pretty strict, they lien after two months. But Rachel is not corporate, and she lives onsite, which is awesome, as is she. We love her.

Moved from OKC and heard that they allow musicians and their bands to record and have live rehearsals in their climate controlled units! I've been using this facility for over a year and have not had any issues with access or security ! The manager there is spot on to make sure that continues ! Need extra space? I'd recommend this place to anyone that needs room to jam or store personal goods at a resonable price !

Extremely clean units. I never have any problems. The staff is always very friendly.

Rachel went out of her way to help me over the phone when I was moving a whole semi-load of furniture to Oklahoma to be stored. I also talked to Christy at another location who spent her time calling around to your other locations to find one that would accommodate the semi. When I got there with the movers Rachel sold me a lock before the office was even open and was really helpful. She called me immediately when she noticed my lock wasn't on correctly. The unit and the property were both really clean. Both employees I spoke with went out of their way and were really helpful.

SecurCare Self Storage is the choice for my storage unit needs. The staff is polite and prompt to answer any requests that are presented to them. The units are competitively priced and you do have a choice of sizes,. There are climate controlled units that are clean and pest free. There is an onsite attendant that responses quickly to any issues and you do have access to your property 24 hours a day. You can't go wrong making Secur Care your choice.!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Super convenient location and access. The various units I rent all have overhead lights and power in or nearby. Property is maintained and clean. Suggestion (for all storage facility locations) - Add more cameras at gates to get good views of people and plates entering and leaving.
