I've been renting at this storage facility consecutively for over 5 years. The grounds are always well kept, very clean and properly maintained. Miss Jo Ann has always been a Godsend. Customer support/satisfaction is an understatement. She's very interactive with all customers and I'm willing to bet that all renters know her by 1st name. Compared to other storage facilities in the area this one is by far the best!!!!

That lady Joann at the front desk was so helpful as I needed to get my whole apt into a secure place quickly. She helped me figure out what unit size i needed, what the cost would be and how I had access 24 hours if needed. I was SOLD and knew my world was safe until I could deal with it. Great location, units are clean and cliimate controlled inside. Can't beat that.

Joanne help me to fill out my insurance claim for my unit being broken into back in July, and she was nice enough to keep me updated on the progress that was taking place with the police. I've never had a storage facility do that before. The last storage facility I used when my stuff got broken into they told me that I had to take care of it myself and it wasn't their issue.

Even the boss was there,very business like but she was cute lol overall very grateful and pleased I chose to store my things here the security is tight with the gate and cameras n makes me feel so much better with someone staying on site n oh let me mention the ferocious dog they keep locked up(I knocked on the wrong door 😉) very satisfied and to the ladies running the show doing a great job and thank you

This storage facility is great! I've never had a problem! The manager there is superb! She is one of the friendliest people I've met! She keeps a close eye on everything and even walks the grounds several times a day. I've had storage units all over this country and I can say that this particular location is my favorite and I feel that my things here are as safe as if they were in my own home!

I've been with Joanne since 2013. I've been other places here and in different states and this is the very best I've seen. Joanne is friendly and caring and knows her business. She is committed to customer satisfaction. The place is well maintained. Subsequently, she has a high occupancy. That's speaks for itself. Only opportunity for improvement would be to have a dumpster. Don't think it will happen but not a deal breaker. I'm there for the duration. ❤️
