This review is for SecurCare storage at 600 NW 178th street in Edmond. I have been with them for my work for about 5 years and would recommend. Good value and well taken care of, in a block of Edmond (2nd/178th between SantaFe and Western) that is not overdeveloped (tucked in much a spot surrounded by busier areas). The price is good but the best differentiator is staff. Twila cares and really tries to help out. My lock was sticking and she ran to get me wd40, called to alert me if a package arrived, and helped me when the company switched credit cards. I would recommend for sure, thanks! -Bill

The facility was clean. However if you call it is always routed to corporate customer service. Very frustrating to have to leave messages. Overpriced, make you pay for their insurance. Found a better price for a larger unit and they actually answer their phone and do customer service. Hence the 3 stars.

The ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful. However, in regards to the unit, there had been a minor problem with water in the unit at one point, and the spring that holds the overhead door up wasn't functioning properly. Overall a good experience, I would definitely use them again.

Twyla is a breath of fresh air. She always calls me back when I leave messages after hours and she is constantly in communication with me when I need to be told about the upcoming due date of my storage unit. I am storing my folks things and taking care of their bills as well as mine and sometimes I forget and she always tries to work with me especially when I have technical Problems She is kind, patient, driven, and all about her customers and it’s been a long time since we have had such great management! We’ve been renting a climate controlled storage unit here for almost 4 years now and we’ve always been very pleased. We’ve also received wonderful customer care from Twila, when we recently had some questions arise and she’s been very warm & friendly, professional and helpful in all our conversations. I’d happily recommend this storage facility to others.

Been here for over 15 years. I have a a pull through unit and keep business stuff on one side and personal on the other. It awesome having access from both sides. Have had some minor issues over the years but overall very responsive to my concerns, especially upper management.. Entry gate has been sketchy lately. I come and go very early and late and several times lately the computer system was down and could not access by drive through gate. Had to walk to unit and bring up my items. Seems like operator and system needs a upgrade, but these are minor/annoying issues. Overall experience has been good.

Jami has been excellent to deal with on every storage unit we have right now! She measured the entrance of our first storage unit when I was concerned about the height of items to move in. The entire team has been extremely helpful with everything we needed to get settled before our move!

Jami's care for her customers is outstanding, she was very helpful and always easy to get ahold of. I would recommend this facility to anyone moving in the area, very secure and 5 star customer service.

I cannot say enough about Linda, the manager at this location. She is the epitome of Great Customer Service. She is friendly, efficient, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. The property is very clean, well maintained and has numerous security cameras.

A few months ago I found myself in a difficult situation when everything I owned had to go into storage while I looked for a new place to live. Being disabled and on a fixed income didn't help. Linda, the manager at SeureCare, took care of everything for me. I never even knew there had been a problem and my storage unit had been upgraded at no extra cost to me. By the time I left it was like family was watching over my belongings. What a relief!!!!! Thank you Linda for all you do! Belinda Burgess
