Fast quick and it was easy

I rented a storage for 2 months. Because things are so automated it's sometimes hard to have issue taken care of. The facility in Euclid on Brush has a property manager by the name Tricia who is very professional and knows how to treat her customers. I had an issue and before I could get it out I noticed how pleasant Tricia is and that gave me great comfort. In my opinion all companies should employ a person like Tricia. It's good to know there are still good people in this world!

The facility and storage units are immaculate. Renting could not have been easier with the online platform. It was fast, easy, and best of all safe with the COVID-19 pandemic. The facility equipment for loading and unloading was very clean. Everything went smoothly and I cannot say enough good things about this place. The online portal for communication and the online forms were easy to complete and it gave you back all the information needed to get started. Thank you for a job well done.

I've been a customer with them for some time now. Honestly, their service could be better. Of course I'm not pleased with the fact that the rental charges have increased quite a bit in my opinion during my tenure there. I have asked them several times to have the onsite manager lubricate the door of my unit so that it's easier to lift and who has yet to be done. I should not have to request something like that several times. I think they can do a better job with helping their customers.

The new owners are super friendly, I never had issues with anyone trying to break in. There's a coded gate. You can pay your bills online and even register for a new unit online too. I had a large outdoor unit for almost a year and even the outdoor unit was still okay in the early winter for my things.

It is so good to deal with professional people like Craig Wilson , I had a problem he gave me a variety of different ways he could solve the problem. I really appreciated that very helpful.
