Abdalla called to let us know our lock to the storage facility was actually locked but it wasn’t in the correct position so the door would still open! Abdalla took time to take me down to the unit and show me what was wrong and then fixed it for me. Thank you for going out of your way!

The property manager Abdalla is AMAZING! He was so helpful, went out of his way to assist us, and even gave us a deal since we were getting multiple units! Our movers had forgot to put the lock on one of our units and he immediately called and let us know, as well as, adding a lock until we could get there later in the evening. He is the best!

Moved to this location after a few bad experiences with a competitor on Market St. Facilities are adequate for my need. Easy to access facilities. No negative issues. Good location. Follow up. No longer need the storage. Entire experience has been 5 star.

Amazing!- I arrived about 30 minutes before the office closing & no one was there. I was disappointed but decided to make my reservation so I would be sure to lock in the amazing rate. The process was so quick & easy! Totally on my phone within minutes I was signing the documents for the rental. Within I noticed a unit number & gate code. I thought that can’t be can it?! Well sure enough once the process on my phone was completed I went to the gate, entered the code & bam I was in. & the unit listed was totally available. Put my lock & all good! Amazing experience - Outstanding technology!!!

Easy self serve storage. I was able to rent a unit online with no problem and moved in right away. No hassle, simple and quick.

They do what they say. Takes a total of 10mins start to finish to rent a unit " inside store anyways".... I have 3units at 3 separate locations and they serve me well. Would highly recommend if you like simple and efficient business interactions.

The team at SecurCare on Oleander was super accommodating! We always had access to our space and felt confident leaving our belongings on their property.

Second, I needed a unit and a spot for my covered trailer, and the lot was full when I called Jan earlier this month…but she spent the weekend finding room for my trailer after my call!! So I signed up the next week and want to thank her and the owners for their accommodation and cooperation and wish them all a great new year!! Rick

After working with Jan for 7 years while abroad, we unfortunately had to end our storage with her since we became homeowners. She provided personal care, remembering us every time we called or pulled in, provided us with storage for our CAMPER VAN AND SAFE STORAGE FOR OUR PERSONAL GEAR IN A 5x10, and everything stayed dry and mold free through Florence - shop local and avoid these big box storage sites popping up, and use A Storage Place — you will not regret it.

I can't say enough about Jan, the manager. She was beyond pleasant and helpful! She cares! That, in itself, is so rare these days...true customer-centered service. Would tell anyone in Wilmington to use this facility...honest, old-fashioned way to do business. Breath of fresh air! This company is lucky to have her!

I don't know why this place had a 2.7 at time of review. Jan the owner was very helpful and a very sweet lady. Someone called ahead for me while i was at Seagate Self Storage being turned away because they were full, so when I arrived here Jan was blown away at how fast I arrived. A few signatures and formalities later I was all set to move my stuff in. The whole process took less than 10 minutes, and there's plenty of payment options, as well as email reminders.

Jan the manager was so helpful. My mother has recently passed away and I had a short time to store her things. Jan took the time to help me decide on the right size storage unit I needed. She was not only professional, but gave me excellent customer service. Thank you Jan for all your help, Kim Getz
