She goes beyond the call of duty to help in any way possible. And when she's out or not available, I do not like doing business with anyone else.

Great facility! Safe, clean, and the on-site manager, Patricia, is awesome. She is always friendly and helpful. We recently left a box outside the door of our unit, she called and let us know. She held the box for us until we had a chance to pick it up.

Patricia who runs this location does an amazing job! This is the cleanest and most well run storage facility I’ve ever used! Patricia was so sweet and funny and made the whole process super easy and even enjoyable!

We have been very pleased with our time with secure are storage and especially Patricia. She is able to look at your items and tell you exactly what size unit you will need. When we were able to get rid of some of our children's furniture, that we had in storage, She was right on point as to what size we could download to in order to save money. When we've had to change our pay status from auto to coming in to the office monthly, she was very considerate to call the following month to see how we were going to pay. Will DEFINITELY recommend this location to our friends!! VERY PLEASED!!

This place is really the best in Savannah. It is secure, clean, centrally located and management is always on top of everything. I am in and out of my unit several times a day and it is really easy to access. Thank you for helping me secure my valuables!
