I’ve never had a bad experience with the new manager Alexis. I have very specific storage needs including a vehicle or two. Not only did she let me know what they had her location but she contacted another location to check to see what they had to offer. I was able to make a valid decision for my needs. Corporate policy limits what she can do and she is committed to abiding by corporate expectations. PEOPLE JUST BE UPSET WHEN THEY DONT GET THE ANSWER THEY WANT!

Alexis was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this location.

Terie was EXTRA special she has great customer service she loves her job and she make sure her customers are taken care and she try to assure the units are clean I love her and the service she gave a 10/10 for her give this lady a raise she's AMAZING 👏🏽

Telephone conversation can be very misleading and misunderstood sometimes. We, humans sometimes get the wrong impression of individuals who have to sit behind a desk daily dealing with personalities. Our behavior and tone gets the best of us when we can’t get our way. I went into the Mt Zion office to deal with something I felt was going to be an issue but certainly was NOT…at all. Upon entering the office my entire demeanor changed when I gazed upon that baby’s face (Tiffany). Her lovely smile, soft spoken voice, great mannerisms and godliness woed my heart. A Beautiful young lady! She is just what the office and the company needs because she truly exemplifies professional qualities and leadership. I thank God for allowing her to be the person to handle my situation today. Management, I ask of you…please do right by her because she’s a keeper. Tiffany, you are a jewel…thanks much!!!🙏

I been at the storage GOING ON 4 years and the service is great the RECEPTIONIST is real friendly I had trouble with my door lock AND MY INSULATION SO SHE MOVE ME INTO ANOTHER STORAGE AND THE RATE FOR IT WAS 40 DOLLARS CHEAPER A MONTH THIS IS ABGREAT PLACE TO STORAGE YOUR GOODS NICE AND SECURE AND ALSO CLEAN...

Setting everything up online was easy, simple and convenient. Once I completed and signed everything, I received my gate code instantly without even going into the office. Thanks for setting everything up online. It's very convenient for us who has a busy schedule.

Was helping a family member locate a storage unit…chose Securecare over Uhaul due to the customer service experienced we received from the Property Manager while inquiring. She was nice and thorough; such a breath of fresh air during a frustrating moment.

I had a great experience with this storage company. I was with them for almost 9 years and never had an issue. My things were safely secured and never had any break in problems. I would recommend this company especially if you move out of state like I did and want the reassurance that your unit won't be tampered with. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Not a customer yet, when I went to pickup items my neighbor didn't want to toss it's a nice looking facility with gated entry. But my neighbor also mentioned they were emptying their unit because of the rental increase

Received the best customer service on my last visit. Jerrell was very friendly and attentive. He was knowledgeable and organized. I was able to access my unit and leave within a very reasonable amount of time.

The lady was nice but it seems like a few homeless people call the storage place home. IM not to comfortable with my belongings.

I wanna give this place and the manager Melissa 10 stars .She was amazing going above and beyond to give me the best tour of the facility ,explaining everything In detail she didn't have the size I needed so ,She immediately gave me the other numbers to the other stores in the area even printed out the directions for me .She was polite and kind I truly regret not being able to rent at her location so I just had to leave this comment just asked for Melissa she the best .

I came into SecurCare after reserving a space online and was met by Melissa, whom I had previously spoken to prior to coming in just confirm the reservation. She was already extremely pleasant over the phone. And that same pleasant attitude rolled over into our face to face meeting. She was extremely helpful. She was even able to get me into a smaller unit than the one I initially reserved and allowed me to keep the same "special rate" that I had locked in online, although I was making the change in person. Overall, from start to finish my experience with Melissa and SecurCare has bred 5 stars. Highly recommend!

Every time I go on this property Miss Melissa is super nice to me she opens the the gate if I need that she give me the key if I need it she dressed me and a great Manner and I get needed to use the compactor today and she actually came and met me there and open it up I love being on this property because it seems safe and I just love it thank you every time I go

I usually don't give reviews but I must say I'm impressed with Melissa she has a very warm personality she make u feel like she care I didn't expect the storage to be open with the snow and ice but she was there checking units out in the cold the other lady was not as friendly keep Melissa she is great very good customer service

Friendly staff.., never bothered me when I went to check on my furniture. Buying additional locks wasn't a big hassle either
