I rented an inside storage and I was please with the storage unit that they gave me and the facility was really clean. No signs of rodents or bugs. I rented the unit for possibly eight months very safe and the management that on site is very helpful and they communicate with you. Well I will definitely refer the storage unit to someone else and if I ever needed a future, I will definitely use them as my first choice. Upstate: I’m using this facility for the second time! Once again excellent experience and wonderful customer service! Will recommend!!!! Five stars to the property management as well she was delightful to do business with

I've been a customer of SecureCare for over 17 years, and being treated as a valued customer never gets old. The Property Managers Shelly and Katie have been consistently helpful with all of my storage care needs from minute one of their tenure with SecureCare. Ownership has changed over the years and with this, company driven hiccups and unexpected price increases have occurred, but not the genuine customer service provided by the property managers.

When I tell you this is the best storage facility I have ever used. I’ve been having to pay storage for almost a year now. The things that stick out the most is that they keep in communication with you constantly lets you know your current status. I appreciate them for this.

Absolutely adore the staff, they are very welcoming and nice. Also have had no problems accessing my storage on a daily basis.

Great in-person customer service, however, to receive two price increases in less than a year was surprising from $158 to $200. It’s perfect for short term stays but not longterm or you’ll soon end up paying double

Uh yea see I was shopping around for some of them storage places this morning and after going to about 3 places and been yelled at by three managers and a stray dog off the road, I stumbled across Securcare and let me tell you the sigh of relief when I think it was Katy and Shelly were 2 of the most welcoming gals I’ve spoke to in what seems like ages around these parts. They helped me get a quote in no time at all. And I’ll even get the first month free. Just gotta wait on my taxes to get in so I can finally get me a unit! Keep up the hard work girls. Unlike them animal control people who can’t keep stray dogs from chasing me down the street biting my pants leg. Shame. See you soon though!!!

Excellent service at secure storage, for the little time I was there, they were the best.Great price and the storage unit was huge, check them out you will like the price and the excellent customer service staff.

A well lit area with security cameras and a competitive price is what made me decide to use this particular self-storage service; however, I did have to pay more than advertised because I had to purchase a lock that will basically be useless after moving out. I've been using the storage unit for about three months and do not have any complaints.

Nice drive up storage units close to Walmart, Lowes and many fast food restaurants. Tjis cam be a good thing but it possibly means higher rates for the units. The staff are friendly and the grounds are clean.

I give the storage facility three stars but Shelly the manager I gave five stars, she trys very hard to work with what she has and she work hard to make things good even when it's out of her control, in other words when I feel like leaving she makes me stay.
