Jamie is by far the best manager of any storage facility that I have ever used. He went above and beyond to help me with a situation that l had been dealing with for several months. I was going through a terrible breakup in which my ex and I no longer communicated. My ex had several storage units in my name and refused to pay them on time and transfer them into his own name. With the help of Jamie, I was able to get the units cleared out with very minimal financial impact and no damage to my credit. Well maintained property. They offer a variety of storage options to choose from. The retail area is also convenient for any items you might need. The location allows easy access to I-75 and Cobb Pkwy.

My experience was mixed as a major water leak developed in my storage unit due to a clogged gutter and soaked the corner where I had stored about 20 framed and matted prints. These portraits/pictures were ruined. The good news was that I had taken the optional insurance which covered the loss. SecurCare promptly filed all the required paperwork on their end. The process was smooth and fair. The clogged gutter that caused the leak was due to a plastic water bottle that was tossed up there and was not the fault of the facility. It was promptly repaired. In summary, the Securecare folks were easy to work with in managing this unfortunate event.

Convenient

I rented lockers there before. Staff is nice however locker did not work out for me. Some jackass has got a Mercedes Benz Nazi car on a trailer that blocks access to the entire row of lockers. I ended up going to another storage place.

Warm, friendly, and helpful staff. This place was a perfect fit for my short-term needs. Would recommend!
