From day one that I contacted SecurCare Self Storage in Macon, Ms. Candy has been friendly and professional. She answers all of my questions, responds quickly and she's really easy to communication with. She goes above and beyond. Everyone is clear that the gate closes at 8pm and will not be opened until the next morning. As a last option, I hired a guy off Craigslist to offload my belongings into the storage; worse decision I made in a long time. Anyway, my daughter and I had 10 minutes to get out of the gate. As we locked the storage, one of my grandchildren accidentally locked the keys in my daughter's SUV. We were stuck inside of the gate. We called Ms. Candy, after hours, and I don't know what strings she pulled but she got the gate up for us. It was greatly appreciated. The storage is affordable and was available when I needed it. She help me find the best storage to fit my needs and made herself available for any concerns or questions I had. I was late and didn’t know what I was going to do , but Ms candy was so very understandable to my situation. The lady who works there was very kind and helpful. I'd recommend the place for anybody still shopping for a storage unit. The place is safe and well maintained. I did some research on prices and hers seem lower which is a plus.
Very nice lady who works there. When I made the reservation she called the next day to remind me of it. I rented a 10 by 20 and the price was relatively lower than the other storage facilities in Macon. She was very upfront about the fees and all. No surprises. Also the place is safe and well maintained. If you are shopping for a place to store your things I suggest you check her out.
