Lucinda at secure storage was absolutely amazing. I've been looking for a good storage location and she didn't try to get over on me like the other places. I told her the content I was storing and she recommended the perfect size. I was greeted and treated with respect. She drove me to my unit even though I said I was just passing by. I love this rental facilty. It was recommended to me by a friend that lived in the area. My husband I were in need of storage space at the last minute. Latasha, let me know not to worry she would wait for me as they were preparing to close. They had a promotion going which always makes things better :) Our unit was spacious and easily accessible. I will definitely use Storage World again in the future.

Service was great. Fast and helpful. She accommodated my move from NY. The location was perfect for my transition as well. I highly recommend this storage facility. My parents have also been Storage World for years. I had more than enough space for all my stuff and the fact that I can get to my stuff 24 hours of the day is great.

WOW!!!!! Is all I can say to describe my experience with storage world. Amanda is the greatest! She should be promoted to district manager or something, but I honestly have had nothing but love and kindness from them. I have been with them since November of 2013 and they have worked with me through my rough season and have been very nice and pleasant. The staff is great, I would recommend anybody to them and will continue to use them in the future!
